Response from CBDOO
Hello Tybaud,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. We are sincerely sorry to read that the quality did not meet your standards.
We have noted that your order was exclusively for the 3X FILTERED CBN. This is a product with a very specific profile that does not always suit all palates, as tastes and expectations regarding textures and aromas are very personal.
However, at CBDOO, your satisfaction comes before anything else. We tried to reach you by phone to find an immediate solution, but we were unable to contact you. We want to offer you a solution.
As stated in our commitments, we apply a "100% Satisfied" guarantee.
With over 100 different products, we offer a wide range to satisfy all profiles: from the "small budget" (for those looking for the lowest price) to the "high quality" (our hydroponic range, more expensive but of superior quality). It is possible that the chosen product does not correspond to the range you were hoping for.
This is precisely why we exchange any product that does not suit you for free.
We do not want you to remain with this negative impression.
Since we were unable to reach you by phone, we invite you to contact us directly at 06 70 73 89 02 or by email. We really want you to be satisfied and we would like to find the ideal solution with you.
Hoping to be able to talk with you soon,
The CBDOO team

Satisfied with quality, delivery and that there are promotions, such as some free CBD. I have tried several CBD stores, but was not satisfied, now I am, will order from you again.

I have been a customer for years now and I order my monthly consumption every month. I certify that CBDOO is very nice, serious, and especially very responsive to last-minute orders before 2 PM. They offer products of very good quality and the service, especially from Jérémie, with whom I have already exchanged several times for almost instant responses, which I appreciate immensely. I highly recommend CBDOO.

Top and fast order, the only downside is that from the second order onwards, we are asked for a minimum purchase of 30€, it's a shame.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Dominic,
Thank you for your feedback.
We apply a minimum order of 30 € because below this amount, most of our products are not profitable (preparation, packaging, logistics). This allows us to maintain a responsive and quality service, especially in case of unforeseen events (e.g. delivery issues), where we implement quick solutions such as resending orders for example.
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly, via chat, phone, SMS, email or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you regarding your order.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team
