Overall, I am very satisfied with you! Only the last 2 orders, both white widow and now cbg, have a lot of seeds in them, and it is also noticeable that there are 2 types found in the cbg. I understand that there is a seed here and there, but if your yont stinks and tastes bad, I don't find that very pleasant. In 50g of white, I have removed more than 20 seeds, but these were large, fully grown, and easy to find. The cbg seeds are not always fully grown and very difficult to find; also, the husks of the seeds end up in my yont and are really not tasty. Also, very nice and good communication with Jeremy!

I am a bit disappointed with my order, nothing to say about the communication, the fast shipping, and the packaging of the products, very well packaged, however I am disappointed with the taste and the nonexistent effects of the products received, that said, it was an order to try, I don't think I will reorder, have a good day to you

Hello Stéphane,
We are sorry that the effects felt did not meet your expectations and we completely understand your disappointment.
We have also tried to contact you to discuss with you and find a solution that may satisfy you.
However, we would like to clarify that our products are made from natural references and naturally sourced cannabinoids. CBD can provide a feeling of relaxation and calm, but it is not intended to produce a psychoactive effect or a 'high' effect.
Once again, our apologies for this experience, and thank you nonetheless for your feedback, which allows us to continue improving our service.

Satisfied with my order but the delivery by GLS was catastrophic. The delivery person did not drop the package in the locker (I pass by it every day and it is clearly visible) and the order was finally delivered to my home 3 days later, so more than a week after my order. You are not to blame (there are worse things on earth) but GLS has let me down twice. PS: thanks for the rolling papers ;)

Little buds. More wood than cbd
Translated reviews
Response from CBDOO
Hello Michiel,
Thank you for your feedback.
A small clarification: you ordered the Small Bud Shiva Haze, a range specifically composed of small buds as indicated in its name, it is offered at a reduced price for this reason. The reduced size of the buds is therefore normal and indicated in the product description.
Regarding the wood (you are probably referring to twigs), please know that we carry out careful manicuring on all our products and that we do not sell any batch with twigs. The slightly leafier batches are explicitly indicated in the clearance range but this does not concern your order. However, it can happen that the buds break during transport, revealing more stems upon receipt. That is why we would have liked to discuss this with you to understand what happened.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied, which is why we have tried to contact you several times. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Too dry
Translated reviews
Response from CBDOO
Hello Linda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry that the Super Royal Haze seemed too dry to you. For your information, it is one of our best-selling varieties that receives a lot of positive feedback; therefore, it is unlikely that the quality of the batch is to blame. However, transportation and storage conditions (heat, dry air) can dry out the flowers after shipping. We understand that everyone has different tastes and preferences, and we strive to satisfy all our customers.
We would have liked to offer you this solution directly. We tried to reach you to find an arrangement. Please feel free to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or social media: we would be happy to offer you a commercial gesture.
Best regards,
