Customer reviews of CBDOO

Hello Mr. Salvador, Thank you for your feedback on our store. We are sorry that the effects did not convince you. If you are looking for more potent CBD products, we can recommend our hydroponic range. For your information, this remains CBD, which consequently offers mild effects. And if you want even more potent products, we recommend cannabinoids like 10-OH-HHC, MCPN... On our side, we are quite surprised. We confirm that several of the products you ordered are best sellers (Super Royal Haze, G13 Haze, Blueberry...) and receive a lot of positive reviews, which cannot be the case if the products have no taste. However, we understand that tastes and colors differ for everyone. We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied. This is why we have tried to contact you by phone several times to find a solution and offer you a commercial gesture. Our priority is customer satisfaction, so please feel free to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or social media. Best regards, The CBDOO Team

Hello Francesco,

Hello Mr Courtois,

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. The effects of molecules vary from one person to another. What works very well for some may be more subtle for others. Some people feel powerful effects, while others perceive weaker ones. It's also very likely that the shop you mention was selling something other than 10ohHHC.

It's possible that your body, particularly the B1 and B2 receptors, has become accustomed to this type of product. This can happen with the use of much stronger products in the past, with the consequence that the effects may be diminished. For our part, we can confirm that Fruity Jack and Gelato 45 are among our best-sellers and receive a huge number of positive reviews, which cannot be the case if the product has no effect at all.

After reaching you, we agreed to send you several samples of our bestsellers free of charge, so that you could find the variety that suits you best. Unfortunately, we've never heard back from you after sending you these samples, and we've sent you a number of reminders by phone and SMS, which is a great shame. Don't hesitate to contact us again: we're always on hand to advise you and find a suitable solution. Our No. 1 objective is to make every one of our customers satisfied.

Best regards,
The CBDOO team
