Response from CBDOO
Hello Nadia,
Thank you for your feedback,
Regarding your comment about the products, we would like to clarify a few points. First of all, we apologize that they caused you tingling sensations; to be honest, this is not the type of feedback we are used to receiving. Did you spray the products?
The effects of the products can vary depending on many factors, such as the method of consumption or individual sensitivity. Also, we would like to remind you that our products are not medications and have no medical purpose. If you are using other medications concurrently, we always recommend asking your treating physician if the use of CBD is permitted based on the medications used.
We always strive to make 100% of our customers satisfied. This is why we have tried to contact you by phone several times to find a solution and offer you a commercial gesture.
Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Please do not hesitate to contact us again via chat, phone, SMS, email, or through our social media; we remain entirely at your disposal.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team
