Response from CBDOO Published on 15/07/2025

Hello Angela,

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was not fully satisfactory.

At CBDOO, we manually select and place our flowers from various partner farmers, with over 100 varieties available on our site.

Each batch is carefully refined to ensure optimal quality, free from seeds or excessive moisture. Our products are stored under controlled conditions to precisely avoid this type of mishap. What you describe does not meet our quality standards and we care about it. Finally, we are sorry that you left such a negative review without attempting to contact us first. We are always available to support our customers, advise them, or even find a solution in case of dissatisfaction.

Our priority is customer satisfaction. Therefore, we invite you to contact us again via email, phone, chat, or social media, we will be happy to offer you a commercial gesture and direct you towards a variety more in line with your expectations. Best regards, The CBDOO team

Since I tried it. I no longer go to other sites. In terms of service, they are top-notch and respond quickly. Nothing to say, I recommend! The taste, the quality. In case of problems, they are great. I have been a customer for 2 years and I do not plan to change or try other sites.
