Thank you for your feedback. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations; however, we are also very surprised.

Indeed, we carry out a strict selection of our flowers and resins and we only offer the best batches for sale (in terms of price quality and quality only). It is this hard work that allows us to receive excellent feedback (see guaranteed reviews). It is therefore curious that you did not like anything. Not to mention that the products you ordered come from several different growers and there are many best sellers that have never or almost never received negative reviews.

We understand that tastes can vary, but in this specific case, it seems that the issue does not come from the quality of our products, but rather from a matter of personal preference. If you do not like legal cannabis, it is normal that you do not like our products, and in this case, your comment is completely biased.

Moreover, why did you not contact us and refuse all forms of contact to find a solution (order refund or resending of samples)?

The perception of flavors can vary from person to person, but we want to clarify that our CBD products contain no flavoring or chemical additives. They are made solely from natural ingredients, carefully selected. Furthermore, we would like to add that you have only tasted the Warzone and the White Widow V3; our shop offers nearly 80 different varieties, and we are convinced that you could have found several products that suit you. However, we completely understand that individual tastes and preferences can vary, and that one variety may be less suitable than others.

For your information, we have tried to contact you to find a solution (order refund or sending a premium sample), and we find it unfortunate to judge a shop after having tasted only two products in total.
