Apart from 2 resins that are correct, the rest has no value in terms of smell, fragrance, and taste... My last order is mixed because the cream is well below the usual quality, even leaving a terrible bitter taste in the mouth... Difficult to test faithfully under these conditions.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Sylvain,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feelings. We are sincerely sorry that our products did not meet your expectations.
However, to be honest with you, we are surprised by your opinion. The Cream you received on July 2nd is part of the same batch as your orders from May 13th and 23rd; it was exactly the same product. If a product does not suit you in the future, do not hesitate to contact us again so that we can find a solution that works for you directly.
We are also surprised by the mention "Aside from 2 resins that are correct, the rest has no value in terms of smell, fragrance, and taste...". You have placed numerous orders since the beginning of this year, and we greatly appreciate that, but you have recommended more than 2 different resins (Ice O Lator Hash, Supreme 50%, Original Afghan, Malana Cream) several times. We understand that when ordering several resins, they may not suit everyone as tastes and preferences vary, which is why we offer nearly 20 different ones.
For your information, we have tried to contact you to find a solution. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, which is why we invite you to contact us directly via chat, phone, SMS, email, or on social media. We would like to offer you a commercial gesture and are convinced that we can find a solution that suits you.
Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Since I tried it. I no longer go to other sites. In terms of service, they are top-notch and respond quickly. Nothing to say, I recommend! The taste, the quality. In case of problems, they are great. I have been a customer for 2 years and I do not plan to change or try other sites.
