It is possible that your body, particularly the B1 and B2 receptors, has become accustomed to this type of product. This can happen with the use of much stronger products in the past, resulting in diminished effects. On our side, we confirm that the ordered products (Reactor, Super Polm, AK49) are among our best sellers and receive a lot of positive feedback, which cannot be the case if the products had no effect.

We have tried to reach you several times to offer you additional samples from our best-sellers, which might better meet your expectations. We are genuinely surprised by your message, which does not reflect the reality of your order. You indeed ordered two oils, but due to a temporary stock shortage, only one was shipped immediately.

However, we would like to clarify a few points. The effects of CBD derivatives can vary considerably from one person to another depending on individual sensitivity, metabolism, or the context of consumption. The descriptions we provide on our site are based both on customer feedback and on generally observed feelings, but they cannot guarantee a universal experience.

It is also important to note that the product you ordered (Purple Star) is not among the most potent in our catalog in terms of relaxing effects and it is far from being one of our best sellers! If you had a specific goal in mind, we could have advised you on a more suitable variety. With over 100 varieties in our shop, we are confident that we could have found several varieties that would suit you; once again, we find it unfair to judge the products of a shop after tasting 2 flowers out of more than a hundred available.

On the label of the Ketama 0%, the mention < 0.3% THC is indicated as on all our products, which is true because a product containing 0% THC contains less than 0.3% THC. Furthermore, you state that all CBD products contain 0.3% THC, which is not entirely true; all CBD products contain less than 0.3% THC. To clarify: the Ketama product you ordered does indeed contain 0% THC, as stated. However, our labels are generic for all our CBD flowers and mention “<0.3% THC” simply because it is the legal threshold in Europe.

We make a demanding selection of our flowers and resins, working with several different producers, precisely to offer a real diversity of profiles (flavors, head sizes, colors, etc.). The products you ordered come from various batches, from different farmers, including several best-sellers that are highly rated by our clientele.

We understand that tastes are subjective, but when more than 20 varieties seem "identical", it raises questions. A bud remains a bud, of course, but there are real differences that can be perceived by customers who know nothing about CBD, both in terms of colors, sizes, densities, and terpene profiles (often very marked depending on the varieties).

If you do not appreciate legal cannabis or if you had unrealistic expectations, this can skew the experience. But that does not mean that our products are of poor quality.

We also regret that you never responded to our attempts to contact you: we offered to find a solution, samples, refunds, or commercial gestures, unfortunately without success.

Following our exchanges, you returned the product to us and we proceeded with a full refund, as agreed. That is why we are quite surprised to see such a severe review with only one star, despite our responsiveness and willingness to resolve the situation.

Furthermore, you ordered the "Olivette Amnesia" resin, which is an entry-level product, at a very accessible price, which may explain a lower quality compared to other references. Our shop contains more than 100 different varieties, and we do not think it is fair to criticize the quality of our products after having only tried an entry-level product. We would like to add that our products are meant to be infused or vaporized.

You have ordered several times from CBDOO, which is surprising if you were truly disappointed from the very first experiences. Additionally, we did not receive any feedback from you until your fourth order. During your last order, which was for a significant quantity, we offered you a full refund on the condition that you return the products, which you accepted, but we never heard back from you.

Furthermore, the varieties you chose were part of our clearance offer (lemon haze, medihaze, cannadiesel..), clearly indicated on our site as being at a reduced price and of lower quality compared to our usual ranges. A red message was even displayed on these varieties at the time of your purchase to inform you of the lower quality. It is worth noting that these products are available at bargain prices (less than €1/g on large quantities without using promo codes).

We always do our best to satisfy our customers, but it is also important that everyone acts in good faith and respects the terms of sale. We remain at your disposal if you wish to resolve this situation constructively; we are confident that we could assist you.
