A small clarification: you ordered the Small Bud Shiva Haze, a range specifically composed of small buds as indicated in its name, it is offered at a reduced price for this reason. The reduced size of the buds is therefore normal and indicated in the product description.

Regarding the wood (you are probably referring to twigs), please know that we carry out careful manicuring on all our products and that we do not sell any batch with twigs. The slightly leafier batches are explicitly indicated in the clearance range but this does not concern your order. However, it can happen that the buds break during transport, revealing more stems upon receipt. That is why we would have liked to discuss this with you to understand what happened.
