Very fast shipping, never disappointed with the quality. The only downside is the price of some products. I understand the work behind it but slightly more affordable prices would have been great. I have to wait for special offers for my moulamax which I love :P

Fine, but I'd prefer more fixed (and lower) prices rather than promos/codes.

I ordered two varieties of herb from cbdoo, delivery was quick and discreet, the taste quality is good, but the announced effect of oh10 hhc isn't there... It's very subtle and it's a real shame... I had a first experience with oh10 hhc in a shop near me and the effect was very present. For those who want something light, you can go without fear. For those expecting something strong, you'll be disappointed.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Mr Courtois,

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. The effects of molecules vary from one person to another. What works very well for some may be more subtle for others. Some people feel powerful effects, while others perceive weaker ones. It's also very likely that the shop you mention was selling something other than 10ohHHC.

It's possible that your body, particularly the B1 and B2 receptors, has become accustomed to this type of product. This can happen with the use of much stronger products in the past, with the consequence that the effects may be diminished. For our part, we can confirm that Fruity Jack and Gelato 45 are among our best-sellers and receive a huge number of positive reviews, which cannot be the case if the product has no effect at all.

After reaching you, we agreed to send you several samples of our bestsellers free of charge, so that you could find the variety that suits you best. Unfortunately, we've never heard back from you after sending you these samples, and we've sent you a number of reminders by phone and SMS, which is a great shame. Don't hesitate to contact us again: we're always on hand to advise you and find a suitable solution. Our No. 1 objective is to make every one of our customers satisfied.

Best regards,
The CBDOO team

Complicated to give an opinion. In the same sachet, the flowers didn't have the same effect. Let me explain: one minute nothing, and the next I was almost feeling the thc effects. A strange experience. Perhaps you have an explanation. I remain doubtful. So two One for the respect of the delivery and the other because I don't know you well enough. I'm thinking of recommending to make sure and the rating is progressive.

Response from CBDOO
Hello Mr. Verstraete,
Thank you very much for your feedback,

First of all, we apologize that the products arrived damaged due to the delivery. We have tried to contact you several times to find a solution, unfortunately we have not been able to reach you. We also think it's a shame that you have rated us 3 out of 5 stars for a problem beyond our control, especially as your first experience with us was a satisfactory one.

You should know that we are available 7 days a week, and that for every problem (whether beyond our control or not), we offer a solution where the customer always wins.
We're easy to reach and can be contacted via various platforms to find a solution, so don't hesitate to get in touch.

Best regards,
The CBDOO team
