Hello Dorian, Thank you for your feedback, For your information, to avoid the problem you mentioned at all costs, we check the weight of the bags at two different times during production by two different people. The first order preparer weighs the flowers he puts in the bag. The second preparer checks the weight of the bag during shipping. We have been applying this method for almost five years now. As a result, an error is extremely rare, if not impossible. Did you weigh it on two different scales?
