Hello, I started taking MetaFibro capsules 3 weeks ago now and so far I find that it works well on my knees because I have arthritis that was causing me a lot of pain and preventing me from kneeling. However, for my cervical neuralgia, it's not quite there yet, especially at night for a good sleep, it's still very painful. But I would say that overall I see a global improvement to continue.
