Customer reviews of Celinni

Sapphire diamond ring, beautiful product, deadlines respected, careful shipping. The sales representative is nice and available. No issues, very serious company..

I wanted to thank the Celinni team, the quality-price ratio is excellent. We were assisted by Mr. Cousin in Paris, who met my expectations during the creation of a custom Solitaire, which is stunning. I would not hesitate to return for the creation of future jewelry.

I have now made three purchases from Celinni. The last one was for a solitaire. Mr. Cousin guided me from the choice of the stone to the making of the setting. I am delighted! Impeccable service.

I am not used to posting reviews about everything and nothing, but regarding Celinni, I want to testify to the excellence of the customer relationship I benefited from thanks to a very professional team. A purchase of this magnitude online is never trivial, but I can say without reservation that the seriousness and dedication of Celinni will meet your expectations, whatever they may be.

My wife and I had the opportunity to engage with the Celinni house twice. The first time for an engagement ring and wedding bands, then a second time this year for a pendant. The staff has always been extremely professional and available. The quality of the service and the jewelry is impeccable. We recommend them without hesitation.

I trusted the Celinni house and I do not regret it. The diamond ring is stunning and the prices are very reasonable. The team is responsive and gives good advice. Thank you again.

I highly recommend the Celinni house. Thank you for this wonder. I especially thank Enzo for his professionalism and responsiveness. May.

This is the second time I contact the Celinni house and I am still very satisfied with the result. The first time, I was looking for an engagement ring with a fairly precise idea, and they quickly understood my request and offered me options that fully matched it. This time it was the same for earrings and a chain, and once again the quality of the stones and the work was up to par. I will definitely make purchases with them again without any doubts.

PERFECT!!! Everything is always perfect, completely addicted to Celinni! Very professional people (thank you Nadia, thank you David) who accompany you with good humor and kindness throughout your project. Beautiful jewelry, beautiful GIA certified diamonds! Design and delivery on time! You can go there with your eyes closed!

I received my ring today and I am more than delighted! A THOUSAND thanks Celini for perfectly understanding my request, the result is even more beautiful than the 3D model. Fineness and talent, thank you again, I can't stop looking at my hand!

We are more than satisfied. The engagement ring is beautiful, up to our expectations. The service was perfect from start to finish.

Very good serious company. I bought my engagement ring and it is very nice.

A friendly team with good advice and a very good quality-price ratio. I am very satisfied.

Celinni was first recommended to me by a knowledgeable friend. I contacted the Paris establishment by phone and quickly got an appointment at the showroom. Mr. COUSIN welcomed me with professionalism. He helpfully guided me in choosing the engagement ring after listening to my various criteria and expectations. The technical characteristics of a diamond were presented to me with clear and precise explanations. Several options were presented based on my criteria. Mr. COUSIN's advice was decisive in my final choice. Mr. COUSIN was then available and responsive to my various requests during the preparation phase of the ring (3 weeks). The ring was delivered to me within the announced deadlines. It is truly stunning. Finally, the customer relationship is really top-notch, which is particularly appreciated for a purchase of value. I felt confident throughout my process. Ultimately, I can only recommend this house for anyone looking to be professionally guided in the purchase of a diamond. A very good experience for me therefore. BL

A warm welcome and tailored proposals to find your happiness. Celinni brings a fresh touch to the world of jewelry. I highly recommend.

Very good service, very friendly, focused on the client. I am very satisfied, both with the professionalism and the speed with which my orders are executed. I highly recommend Celinni and I often talk about it to those around me. Perfect! Thank you and very likely see you soon!

The ring completely meets my expectations and the quality/price ratio is very satisfactory compared to what competitors offer. Thanks to the customer service team, who have always been available and responsive. The GIA report provided with the diamond is a nice little bonus.

I have nothing but positive things to say: excellent contact and listening from Mr. Sussman, a magnificent jewel, with an excellent quality/price ratio (yes I repeat myself, but I can't find another word) and top-notch service even in this troubled period.

I had seen a report on TV about the Celinni house. I decided to order on the celinni.com site. during the lockdown, with a bit of apprehension but quite confident. I exchanged several times by email and phone with Mr. Cousin and it completely reassured me about the seriousness of this house. I received my order for our 30th anniversary of meeting, on the scheduled date, in a beautiful box and careful packaging, accompanied by a certificate and the invoice. Very high-end service and product.

Beautiful quality of realization and good advice, reassuring jeweler and careful prices. Ideal when you know what you want!

Top-notch. Jewelry quality: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Advice and welcome: 5/5 Thank you Enzo

Undeniable professionalism and remarkable quality of jewelry. Very pleasant, you are very well received and advised, and you can feel the love for the craft in each of their words.

I recommend this jewelry store, my ring is magnificent, even more beautiful than I imagined. I had some reservations about ordering a piece of jewelry of this value online. Mr. Cousin made me feel confident with his professionalism. You can order with your eyes closed, this company is very serious.

Superb responsiveness and beautiful jewelry

A team that listens above all, who offered me valuable advice. Work of very high quality, which ultimately enhances the precious stones. Bravo and thank you again!

Buying this ring was a true joy. I went to meet Nadia who listened to me, advised me, and explained the manufacturing process. The ring is magnificent, a true delight. Thank you E. KOT

Discovered online, this company is very serious. I had them make a custom diamond ring and it is a success!

For the first purchase in 2010, we made an appointment in Paris. The custom ring ordered is superb and we decided to try our second order online. This time we chose a bracelet. Despite a deplorable Chronopost service, Enzo managed to make us forget this problem and once again proved that Celinni meets our expectations. Highly recommended without moderation.

First order on the site CELINNI.COM. In full lockdown and with all possible apprehensions regarding the purchase of a valuable piece of jewelry online. I was able to speak with Mr. Enzo Cousin by phone who reassured me, and I can say that the photos on the site are true to reality. The ring I ordered, despite the disruptions due to the situation, was delivered on the agreed date. It is magnificent. Beautiful case and careful packaging. Also up to the quality of the products offered. I highly recommend.

Anniversary gift. Very beautiful pear diamond pendant with platinum chain. I agree with the previous review regarding the fineness of the chain. Delivery within a reasonable time despite the lockdown. Very well informed by my contact person. I will order from Celinni with confidence.

Custom ring ordered and received with a delay due to the exceptional situation, exchange about the situation and the progress with Mr. COUSIN, who is very professional and very responsive (which I particularly appreciate). Imported diamond so longer manufacturing time due to restrictions, however, I received the ring 24 hours after the end of the manufacturing. Deliveries are assured. The ring is magnificent, I was pleased to see that the color of the diamond is above what I wanted, and that without any extra cost. Excellent product and excellent service. I recommend 100%, without hesitation the house CELINNI. Thank you again!!!

Jewelry received in accordance with my requests and expectations. Delivery times respected. Perfect listening to inquiries by email, especially by David SUSSMAN who was prompt in responding and quickly followed up on my request. I recommend this site.

After several exchanges with my contact Mr. Cousin for the purchase of a diamond necklace, I finally decided to take the plunge. No regrets, the jewelry is magnificent and of very good quality. I received the bracelet during the lockdown, no delays compared to the one announced beforehand. I thank the entire Celinni team and especially Mr. Cousin for his patience and professionalism. I recommend the Celinni house 100%. See you soon,

David and his team are top-notch, they delivered me a magnificent ring just as I expected in a relatively quick time despite the dramatic situation. For future buyers, Celinni offers the best quality-price ratio in France, so don't waste your time getting quotes anywhere else, just go to Cellini, plus they specialize in precious stones, why go elsewhere just to pay double sometimes for poor quality. See you soon for a future ring.

Thank you for your patience and listening. We are very satisfied, the ring is magnificent!!!

As usual, very beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices, but with unexpected service during this period of upheaval. Thank you to the whole team.

Pleasant and professional team for quality jewelry. I highly recommend for any occasion!

Jewelry ordered after the lockdown and received before the deconfinement! Total surprise... The jewelry arrived well in a packaging that did not allow one to suspect the contents: absolute discretion. The Celinni house is to be recommended because even living in the south of France, the enlightened and reliable advice from the collaborators allowed me to have exactly the jewelry I wanted at unbeatable prices.

The ring was made to measure according to my wishes and I received it despite the lockdown, very well protected and in perfect condition. The ring exactly meets my expectations, it is magnificent! Thank you Mr. Couzin and his team.

Very satisfied with my purchase, fast delivery.
