My ring project (a custom diamond trilogy) was brilliantly carried out by Emeric de Francet whom I sincerely thank. I wanted an extra white, pure central diamond, with a specific cut known as Hearts and Arrows. This diamond that does not exist, he still found it ;) Unbeatable quality/price ratio, with services worthy of the greatest jewelers on Place Vendôme, and a customer service that is attentive. You can trust them for all your projects whether it be a solitaire diamond ring or an engagement ring with your eyes closed.

I ordered a half diamond band that did not suit me. The site offers a refund within 3 weeks. Not only did I have to send several emails to get my refund after 6 weeks, but oh surprise, the refund was reduced by €100 on the pretext that I had purchased the ring on the site with free credit!!!! Very disappointing for such a brand.

Since my first review was moderated, I will start again. I ordered on January 30. The next day, Celinni called me to confirm the order and inform me that the delay would be a bit longer than expected. No problem there, it's very professional to warn. Listening and patience to meet my wife's expectations for the purchase of an emerald-cut solitaire and a diamond baguette wedding band for our 20th wedding anniversary. We visited many well-known jewelers and diamond dealers in Paris and abroad for almost a year. Frankly, the Cellini house has nothing to envy from the jewelers of Place Vendome. Mr. Sussman, the owner, helped us find the best possible diamond within our budget, with a keen eye for making the right choice compared to other stones, explaining why. He answered all my questions. Their business model allows them to offer an unbeatable quality-price ratio, and believe me, I challenged the Cellini house by obtaining quotes from other houses for the same weight, cut, clarity... to compare everything. They are professional from start to finish and met the expected deadline, which was before the end-of-year holidays. Maud communicated wonderfully with my wife to meet her requirements throughout the technical exchanges on the solitaire's shape. It was a success from the template phase, the molding that we modified once to get a precise idea, to the 3D plan with the key, which I consider a rare and noble craft: being able to see the work of the polisher and the setter for the finalization of our diamond solitaire jewel. Few houses, with deliberately somewhat opaque contours and postures, offer this possibility, but the Cellini house did it for us! A quality house that I truly recommend.
