Customer reviews of Celinni

Excellent service from Natacha at Celinni Switzerland in Lausanne. Beautiful jewelry received quickly. Natacha is very professional and very attentive. Very positive experience to be renewed with the purchase of a new piece of jewelry, without hesitation ;)!!! See you soon!

I am delighted with the quality of the diamond purchased at Celinni and their remarkable setting to create an incredibly sparkling pair of earrings from the solitaire of a rarely worn engagement ring. These earrings are beautiful and easy to wear for a more than affordable price. Thank you infinitely to Natacha - Celinni Switzerland who allowed me to revive in a modern and elegant way the generous memory of my in-laws. I highly recommend this house and its ambassador in Switzerland. Catherine from Lausanne

A house to recommend for buying jewelry. Very good advice, speed, reliability, everything perfect. I highly recommend the Lausanne agency.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. The earrings ordered were beautiful and made someone very happy! I highly recommend Celinni Switzerland for the quality of their products and service!

I highly recommend Maison Celinni. I was very well received by Enzo who was able to advise and support me throughout the custom manufacturing process of the ring of my dreams. The result is splendid and exceeds all my expectations. The work is of high quality and the quality/price ratio unbeatable. Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

I highly recommend Maison Celinni for its know-how and the incredible work done for my ring, for which I was able to reproduce the exact model I wanted. At a more than reasonable price for the quality and attention to detail. The exceptional quality exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Enzo for his time, listening, and advice which were invaluable. His responsiveness via WhatsApp reassured me regarding the appointment and the progress of the ring. 4 weeks to have the ring reproduced exactly with a diamond from the United States is a very quick timeframe. In short, I am very, very satisfied, a big thank you!

An online ordering experience for a beautiful birthday jewelry... we were not too reassured..! and yet: regular exchanges by email and phone, the quality of order tracking and delivery on time, in short, we must recognize that we are approaching perfection. Bravo again to the entire Celinni team. No hesitation to have.

Great advice for a custom ring. Thank you Enzo

Very pleasantly surprised by the service and the quality of the ring and diamonds I ordered. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about an online order for this type of product, but Maison Celinni managed to convince me. A big thank you to Enzo Cousin for his follow-up and advice. My fiancée is very happy and so am I. Looking forward to working with this house again.

In 3 words: Quality, price, advice. Don't hesitate!

First purchase on this website and very good experience. Advice, follow-up, responsiveness, quality of the wedding band and its diamonds, everything was perfect. I recommend with great pleasure. Thank you again! M. MEGUERDITCHIAN

Very good experience with Celinni: quick and precise feedback (I was asking for a custom model based on one of their catalog models). The ring, received on time, is very beautiful, I can't wait to give it to my wife.

We are delighted with the custom ring made by Celinni. We benefited from good commercial service and the manufacturing times are very reasonable. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We recommend them.

An exceptional commercial service, up to the exceptional products they offer.

Excellent customer service in every way: responsiveness, advice, transparency, deadlines respected. The ring is beautiful with a very nice quality of execution, the setting is fine and discreet to enhance the stones. We are delighted and warmly recommend their services!

After a first exchange by email, Enzo Cousin was able to advise me during our appointment in the Paris showroom. Following the COVID crisis, the manufacturing times were extended, but I had been warned during the order. I am very satisfied with the ring received.

Order of a 100% custom wedding band. Everything was done very professionally and the support is very appreciated. I highly recommend!

Completely delighted with my purchase! Very good welcome, very quick for superb diamonds! I highly recommend this site!

Super experience with Celinni! My partner was thrilled with her engagement ring! Thanks to the whole team for being responsive to all the questions I asked them beforehand!

Order of white gold earrings, 0.75 diamonds at Celinni Nice. Thank you very much Jonathan for your welcome, your availability, your precious advice, and your listening. You made sure that the celebration was a success by working hard to deliver on the day. You are passionate, and it shows and makes all the difference. Exceptional addresses are kept and shared. I renew all my thanks. Didier

This is a very serious shop, with excellent welcome and expertise. I am very happy with my purchase and of very good quality.

All good here! Buying a stone is not like buying a pizza!!! So it takes time, and it is necessary to do your research, educate yourself, and be patient for the satisfaction of the harmony between budget and quality. Time for reflection, action. Thank you to the teams who know what they are doing! After about 3 months, satisfaction with this well-cut 0.80 emerald! Fc

From the first appointment to the reception, through the design of the engagement ring, Enzo and the Celinni teams were incredibly kind, available, and professional. Thank you for accompanying us so well, and we will not hesitate to return to make our wedding bands with you!

Very nice store

An absolutely magnificent ring that will delight my future fiancée. I can't wait. Thank you to Enzo and the whole team for their availability and excellent work.

Excellent advice and exceptional customer support for optimal stone selection.

A huge thank you to Celinni and especially to Enzo. He was able to advise and guide me to buy the ideal ring. Thank you for your warm welcome and your valuable recommendations. Don't hesitate, there's nothing better elsewhere!

Very satisfied with my purchase. Warm and professional welcome. I recommend.

Real experts with certified quality and attentive support to ensure the buyer finds their happiness! Thank you to Lita for her advice that reinforced my choice.

My experience at Celinni: I purchased a simple, pure, classic 6-prong solitaire, everything I love. The diamond itself is enough, 0.65 carat DVS, EX/EX/EX, it is magnificent. I was received in the Paris showroom by Mr. Enzo, who advised me very well and is very professional. I wanted a different setting from the one on the website, and he was able to suggest what suited me perfectly. The same for the diamond, we looked together to find the best quality-price ratio based on my criteria. Result: a solitaire that shines brightly! (At a very reasonable price) Can't wait to make another purchase! When you love, you don't count...

Finally, a similar offer to Asia in France... A team that is attentive and caring. Thank you to Flora for her efficiency, speed, and kindness. I chose to pay in 10 installments without fees, and everything is done to simplify it for the client. A pair of D color IF purity earrings, magnificent. Quality at an unbeatable price. The whole team is exceptional, go there with your eyes closed. A company that fights to offer such prices to its clients deserves to be talked about and kept alive. Thank you to the entire CELINNI team. My first purchase and certainly not my last. I also note that the deadline was shorter than expected. An unforgettable experience, with remarkable professionalism.

A big thank you to Nadia and Flora who provided me with excellent service and ultra-fast delivery even during the year-end holiday week! The jewelry I will give to my wife for her birthday is superb, up to my expectations. Régis.

Very good experience with Nadia. She listened to my wishes, advised me well without ever pushing. I even got a diamond of better quality than initially planned, a surprise from Nadia! I recommend.

I am very, very satisfied with this very serious company, excellent contact with the team who are very attentive to your desires. I had a magnificent diamond river made, I will order again and I highly recommend this company, thank you.

Delighted with my ring! Exactly what I wanted!! Order placed at the last minute but received on time!

Today marks a year since the most special and emotional moment of my life, the day I received the engagement ring of my dreams, which was offered to me in an impressive place by its high standards - Aiguille du Midi, facing Mont Blanc. After conducting extensive research on the diamond market and the most reputable international jewelers, we concluded that Celinni ranks first in terms of quality-price ratio. The diamonds, the ring model, the way it was made, the engraving, absolutely everything meets the highest quality standards. Perfection is the essence that defines the Celinni brand. We also appreciated the efficient way of communicating with the professional Mr. Enzo Cousin, who met all our requirements. Finally, the delivery of the ring was made within the deadlines. We will return with the utmost confidence to the Celinni jewelry house and recommend it to everyone looking for perfection in every detail. Congratulations to the entire Celinni team! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Carla & Andrei Romania

Thank you to the entire Celinni team for the quality of the services and for respecting deadlines! They are true professionals who listen; I have only been a customer since this year, but I have never found people so attentive to requests and doing their best to satisfy the client. Thank you to you, buyers, jewelers, manufacturers, after-sales service, and Merry Christmas to you! You brought me happiness this year, and I wanted to thank you. Best regards, Pascal H.
