First of all, I want to thank Jonathan for being attentive to the client's wishes. It is very important when a jeweler guides you from the expressed need to the final result. Jewelry is above all an art. In the Celinni showroom, you can feel like an artist creating your own masterpiece with the help of a consultant. The availability of all resources to realize the 'dream product' is an indicator of the company's level. Thank you for your diligent work, your meticulous craftsmanship, and your insight!

I waited quite a long time before publishing this review because I chose this brand without any recommendations and it seemed too good to be true... Finally, 8 months later I confirm that everything is real with a ring and a quality diamond. I would easily recommend this store if you are looking for quality service, an efficient and attentive team, quality jewelry, and this without going through a luxury store. Thank you to Laura for the follow-up and I don't remember the name of the saleswoman but she was very good advice and did not push for consumption.

I contacted this jeweler present in Bordeaux and Arcachon for a restoration after losing a diamond on a ring. We were completely blown away by the result beyond our expectations. The result is exceptional and we did not expect it at all. The ring is like new. A big thank you to Mickael for his support and the professionalism of the repairs made. I recommend him 100%.

Very good experience with Celinni in Ouchy and especially Natacha. I went there on the recommendation of my brother-in-law and was very satisfied with the quality of the service: professionalism, follow-up, quality/price ratio, and speed. Natacha gave me very good advice. I will not hesitate to recommend Celinni to others. Go for it, go for it! :)

I am very surprised by the reviews. Unfortunately, I relied on all these positive reviews to order my wedding ring and I was super disappointed. The deadline was not respected and I received a ring that looked second-hand (broken and dirty box, ring with scratches, irregular diamonds in their sizes, and slightly twisted band). I find that regrettable... The only positive point: they refunded me of course but I found myself in a very delicate situation without a ring a few days before the big day.

Wanting to surprise my wife, I was a bit lost in choosing a custom wedding ring at CELINNI Diamond, Natacha quickly helped me make the choice according to my wife's taste. I was accompanied and reassured throughout the realization of the project, plus Natacha was discreet in our message exchanges, as it was a surprise. I am very pleased with the result and the services, the ring is just beautiful according to my wife. Roger

They do not send the ring on the date indicated on the website! They ruined our wedding because they did not send the ring we ordered on the promised date! They ruined a wedding! The number of frustrations and tears they caused me is priceless! Do not give an arrival time if you cannot respect it! We are talking about wedding and engagement rings here, so do not make a fool of yourself. ORSOLYA KASZAS!
