Celinni service top delivery disappointed because the order was stolen. I am waiting for the refund of this order. Unfortunately, it was a Christmas gift.

We decided to order my engagement ring after a huge crush on the Victoria model. The follow-up was very clear and precise, each step from design to reception was indicated to us by email. And the ring! It is even more beautiful, fine, and delicate than in the photo. The Morganite is of incredible quality. Thank you to the Cellini house.

I took advantage of a promotion on diamond rivers for my birthday on the site. I was assisted by Alexandra who did everything to ensure my order met my expectations. I never buy this kind of item online, fearing scams. She was able to reassure me and advise me well. I panicked about the delivery which was delayed, thanks to her professionalism the bracelet arrived on the right day. The bracelet is beautiful. I recommend Celinni, don't hesitate, ask for advice.

As part of a gift for my daughter's 30th birthday, Alexandra accompanied me throughout this experience. I can say that she was responsive to each of my emails even though she was on vacation. Empathetic, caring, and passionate professional, she was able to advise me on the purchase, payment, and sizing of a piece of jewelry. My daughter is delighted, it's a beautiful piece of jewelry and I wish all the best to Celinni and particularly to Alexandra. Thank you.

I knew the Celinni house by reputation, but I discovered much more than a jeweler there. A true know-how. With a precise idea in mind, we designed my wedding ring from A to Z, every detail having been carefully thought out thanks to the wise advice of the team. The result meets my expectations, an elegant ring, made in remarkable time, even in the middle of June. I want to warmly thank the entire team for their professionalism, and especially Aaron, whose availability, patience, and expert eye guided me at every step. His attentive presence transformed this experience into a unique and reassuring moment. I wholeheartedly recommend the Celinni house, to whom I will return without hesitation for our wedding bands.

I was looking for a wedding ring for my wife and I came across the Celinni house's website. I had spotted a model and needed advice. We found the best compromise between diamond sizes and quality to have something that respects my budget and is also a beautiful ring for our wedding. The whole team was very responsive, the manufacturing was efficient and quick for an August month when generally the whole of France is at a standstill. A big bravo and a big thank you to the whole team! I recommend the Celinni house without hesitation for your jewelry purchases.

Very bad experience, the clasps of their diamond bracelets are not secure at all. After noticing this on my bracelet, the brand immediately replaced it, giving me a new one that fell off again without me being able to find it. Product to avoid..

Very beautiful ring, however I am a bit disappointed, the engraving is very hard to read... The delivery time was not respected. I was also supposed to receive a Smartbox case following the order and never received it. I still recommend overall because the jewelry is really beautiful.
