Excellent! I highly recommend and will not hesitate to recommend at Cellini. I had ordered an engagement ring from a jeweler who let me down 10 days before the proposal. In urgently searching for another jeweler, I stumbled upon the Cellini house's website: I fell in love with their ring models. I made a call and spoke with Nadia who assured me she could deliver the ring within 48 hours for an additional cost of 10% and advised me on the choice of the stone. Result: less than 48 hours later, the ring arrives, it corresponds in every way to the model presented on the site and the stone is beautiful and shines to the point of hurting the eyes. A big thank you to Nadia and the Cellini house for this professionalism that allowed me to make my marriage proposal with a magnificent ring.

I had done my research on the house before coming to them and that is why I am not surprised. Quality / Price ratio: Excellent Trust: Excellent Welcome and availability: Excellent However, I noted a few negative points that would have deserved a 4.7/5 because perfection does not exist: - There are no authentic models in the showroom (at least that's what the advisor told me) so it's impossible to see a ring set with an equivalent diamond. It's a shame because for me the principle of a showroom is to be able to see almost the model you want to buy. - Subjective opinion, I did not have a crush when I saw the ring with the diamond for the first time. I saw so many positive reviews that I thought this moment would be exceptional! But no, it's just a beautiful ring with beautiful diamonds. I know very well that Celinni will work on these points because they remain very professional and competent. My opinion only serves to help them and I support these houses that make us pay for stones at a fair price and not at exorbitant unjustified prices as other jewelers can do. I am sure to return to them because for now I have not seen better in France.
