Customer reviews of Celinni

"Madam cannot say no :)" that's very true given this magnificent engagement ring! But gentlemen, you will also be very well received and advised by a team that listens and knows how to share their passions and advice to make THE best choice.

Order of an engagement ring for a woman. The jewelry is of quality, the staff is very welcoming and responsive. No problem with the delivery, the deadlines are respected.

Serious support and advice. Reasonable prices. A very good quality/price ratio. The announced deadline is met. I recommend.

My husband gave me a wonderful ring at Celinni. We were accompanied by Enzo for this project. He was able to guide us and respond to all our requests. The ring is sumptuous.

I was looking for a diamond professional and not just a simple reseller. I was fully satisfied. The welcome and customer support in their choice and decision are perfect. The prices are very well placed, the deadlines are respected. What else can I say but recommend and thank you.

Perfection again and always. Third purchase, and always precious advice, impeccable welcome, and magnificent stones. A big THANK YOU.

Very competitive prices, magnificent and quality jewelry, a very involved customer service that does everything it can to find solutions if there is a problem, in a word: thank you!

Very beautiful jewelry at competitive prices. Top-notch customer service.

I was attracted by the attractive prices, and I was not disappointed. A top-notch welcome whether for the choice of model, the choice of diamond, as well as during the reception of the ring. The explanations are clear, the after-sales service offers ring maintenance and a lifetime follow-up. In short, I am satisfied! I recommend.

A new purchase at Celinni. After my engagement ring and our wedding bands, we just fell for a very delicate pink sapphire piece. With each order reception, we are pleased to be surprised by the beauty of the pieces. I am quite demanding about the quality of my jewelry and every time with Celinni, the pieces are above my expectations. The welcome and customer follow-up is incredible. The entire Celinni team is warm and very professional, you feel like you are awaited which is particularly pleasant. I can only recommend Celinni, by the way, I take my friends there who have also been more than convinced.

Affordable jewelry with diamonds. Friendly staff and good services.

High quality service and products.

A perfect welcome with a superb team. The responsiveness is just perfect. I highly recommend Celinni for those looking for sumptuous jewelry. Thank you again and my wife is delighted with her gift. See you soon.

Second experience at Cellini for the purchase of two wedding bands (the first was for the purchase of an engagement ring), unbeatable quality-price ratio, and top-notch customer service. Thank you to the team for ensuring we received our wedding bands on time after resizing. It took less than a week to modify the bands and receive them again after our first return. Customer service is attentive, smiling, reactive, and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I recommend and will not hesitate to call on you again if needed.

I ordered a solitaire from Celinni and I am very satisfied. Manufacturing and delivery on time, I had to modify the size twice and there were no issues. Moreover, the prices are reasonable compared to other jewelers. I highly recommend.

I have been a customer at Celinni since December 2019. I got my wife's engagement ring and a diamond solitaire, our wedding bands... I have always been very satisfied with the quality products at a good price. The sellers are all understanding and attentive. Thank you for your quality work,

Nothing to complain about, top-notch, better than the usual jewelry store. I do not regret it at all.

Best jeweler. Fair prices for impeccable quality. The experience during the ring selection was smooth, the advisor was discreet and let us take our time to test and choose. Delivery times are quick. All in all, I highly recommend you, especially for novices like me.

This establishment is very serious and strictly adheres to its commitments. Its jewelry is superb! Necklace with diamond pendant ordered on 30.01.22, delivered today and completely matching the choice. Congratulations to Nadia and Amandine for their advice and follow-up.

I highly recommend the Celinni house! Very competitive quality-price ratio! Very satisfied with the quality of the product. The staff's welcome is very warm and professional. See you soon for the next purchase!

Excellent experience in terms of price and quality! I have the engagement ring and wedding band and this is just the beginning.

4th order (1 on the site and 3 in the showroom) and 4th time satisfied! I (especially my wife) am becoming a regular :p I therefore recommend 100%.

Despite a complicated economic and health context, I was able to receive the product in Guadeloupe, over 7500 km from mainland France. It is a magnificent personalized engagement ring with a diamond and an emerald. The work is of very high quality. I highly recommend LA MAISON CELINNI, a team that listens to you, is reactive and professional.

Purchase of an engagement ring in express. The customer service was very responsive and attentive to me. I thank them for the speed and quality of the product. Magnificent jewelry! I will not hesitate to recommend to the Celinni house.

A very nice experience, the diamond river is magnificent, very good quality of the diamond and very interesting price, a big thank you to the Celinni house.

Thank you to the Celinni house for its professionalism and the realization of a superb engagement ring. Just a small note: admitting to being a novice on the subject, I had to be proactive about having a stone with Excellent cut instead of a Very Good. I would have liked to have this proposal without having to mention it myself. However, this does not change the result. I even received a stone that weighs 0.1ct more than expected, so I am very happy.

A big thank you to the Celinni house for its welcome, its great professionalism, and the realization of a superb custom engagement ring. They perfectly reproduced the model of the ring I wanted in record time. In addition to the quality of the ring, the price is very competitive compared to other jewelers. I can only recommend the Celinni house!

I discovered the Celinni house online and I must say that at first I was a bit suspicious of so many glowing reviews... I wondered if all the reviews were real! Today, I have no doubts! Now that I have personally experienced buying the engagement ring for my future wife, I find myself writing a comment that is as laudatory as it is sincere! Indeed, I feel that I was perfectly welcomed, advised, and supported. The staff's welcome is very warm and professional. The showroom (in Paris) is not

but it is quite pleasant. Regarding the prices, I found that they are really very reasonable (to put it bluntly: for comparable quality, it's cheaper at Celinni!). The lifetime warranty and regular maintenance policy without additional costs is particularly appreciated (even though I haven't had to take advantage of it so far). To conclude my experience with the Celinni house, I will simply emphasize that both my partner and I find the final result amazing: the ring is beautiful and the chosen stone perfectly captures and reflects the light! I sincerely thank all the people I have been in contact with, especially Enzo and Amandine.

bling-bling

Jewelry of very good quality! Very good experience. Exceptional quality-price ratio.

This is the second time I have called on Celinni. The first time I forgot to leave a review (shame on me), I want to leave one this time! I recommend 100%. They are very responsive, friendly, good advice, and above all, the result is exceptional for a really interesting price. So I say see you soon for the next purchase!

In search of a ring, I hesitated a bit (fear of online shopping) and turned to the Celinni house. After researching the site, I placed the order directly with Nadia over the phone (she was attentive to my request and gave very good advice). The delivery time was respected, despite the health situation, and for every message regarding the delivery date from me to Nadia, I received a quick response. I just picked up the ring after making an appointment, I was received by Amandine (smiling and pleasant from start to finish) who, after presenting the piece, communicated the different information. For someone as inexperienced as me, it was very interesting and easy to understand. Dilan A.

Perfect welcome and very professional, nothing to add. Jewelry price quality top!

Very good support in choosing the stone, its size, and quality to meet our needs. Very good value for money. I recommend.

Beautiful necklace, very good new experience. Highly recommend.

I thank Celinni and especially Amandine for her assistance during my order. She kept me informed of every step of my order despite my trip abroad and ensured the delivery of my ring. I recommend the Celinni house without hesitation.

Good address, you feel comfortable right away.. I already knew what I wanted and at no point did I feel rushed. Very happy with my first purchase! Timelines respected during the holiday season, a big thank you to Nadia, Amandine, and the whole team!!

Excellent experience. We called on Celinni for the purchase of the engagement ring and the wedding band, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. A big thank you to the whole team, especially Enzo and Amandine for their help and good humor. I highly recommend Celinni, you are the best.

Excellent experience. A team always listening, very pedagogical, and looking to guide us towards what suited us best. A very nice surprise also upon collection! I recommend 100%.
