Customer reviews of Celinni

I bought a pair of earrings. They are superb, the diamonds have a beautiful sparkle, the inclusions are only visible with a loupe (hsi quality), the fluorescence is very strong. The only small downside is that the setting is not identical to the photo on the site: indeed, the diamond is supposed to be fully visible up to the collet... Here it is not the case, the collet is set in the mounting... The alpa clasp is a high-security clasp, but not marked with the ALPA brand, still not similar to the photo on the site; And finally, the weight mentioned for the gold on the site is around 3 g, I arrive at 0.90g of weight, clasp and diamond included!! So I think some details regarding the description of the items on your site should be reviewed, because despite everything, the earrings are superb.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, the customer service is attentive and I got the jewelry I dreamed of.

I had done my research on the house before coming to them and that is why I am not surprised. Quality / Price ratio: Excellent Trust: Excellent Welcome and availability: Excellent However, I noted a few negative points that would have deserved a 4.7/5 because perfection does not exist: - There are no authentic models in the showroom (at least that's what the advisor told me) so it's impossible to see a ring set with an equivalent diamond. It's a shame because for me the principle of a showroom is to be able to see almost the model you want to buy. - Subjective opinion, I did not have a crush when I saw the ring with the diamond for the first time. I saw so many positive reviews that I thought this moment would be exceptional! But no, it's just a beautiful ring with beautiful diamonds. I know very well that Celinni will work on these points because they remain very professional and competent. My opinion only serves to help them and I support these houses that make us pay for stones at a fair price and not at exorbitant unjustified prices as other jewelers can do. I am sure to return to them because for now I have not seen better in France.

I went to Celinni for the purchase of an engagement ring after having already toured a few Parisian shops. The big difference that struck me immediately was the attention and quality of service. Enzo, who took care of me, first took the time to explain the main characteristics of a diamond and calmly guided me in my choice which took time (4 months). Available every time I came back to him for more details. In the end, I bought the perfect piece of jewelry I wanted at a price at least 30% lower than everything offered elsewhere. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and my interactions with Celinni (especially Enzo) and highly recommend anyone to at least check it out if you are looking for a ring.

I highly recommend, engagement ring ordered in mid-August and received on September 1st. Mr. Cousin was able to advise us to personalize the ring as we wished, already seen on the internet. The result is just as we imagined.

Very good address. I dealt with Enzo who advised me very well and followed my engagement ring order closely. The ring is magnificent. I will return when I need another piece of jewelry for my wife.

A very good address in Paris. David and Enzo were able to meet my requirements regarding the purchase of an engagement ring (beautiful diamond chosen with them) first 4 years ago and now another ring for which I needed advice on the setting. The final result is above my expectations! I am super satisfied both with the support and the product, all for a perfectly honest price.

Excellent listening and advice from the team in the making of my ring. Finish and quality top-notch. I highly recommend the Celinni house.

After many visits, we finally found the ring of our dreams. At Celinni, the service is just top-notch, always available. The ring is exactly the model we wanted and the prices are very attractive. We recommend it without hesitation.

I recommend the Celinni house for their welcome, expertise, and the quality of the rings we chose. I decided to get an engagement ring for my fiancée and the result was perfect! I naturally took the wedding band to accompany this magnificent ring. A big thank you to you!

After several visits to different jewelers in Paris, I finally chose the Celinni House. Being very demanding, I found my happiness with them. Beautiful pieces, great advice from Enzo, and prices that defy all competition. I recommend 1000%! Can't wait for the next order! Thank you so much!

We decided to make an appointment at Celinni for my engagement ring after seeing positive reviews online but without much conviction since it was our 15th or 16th appointment with a jeweler... But from our meeting with Enzo COUSIN, we were convinced by his involvement in our project and his valuable advice. We had a small idea of the ideal ring that Enzo helped us refine and realize. He selected magnificent diamonds at a price that defies all competition and provided us with a 3D model after 2 weeks. After 6 weeks, I received my ring and my fiancé and I are more than delighted with the result! I always receive a shower of compliments on my ring and I am thrilled to wear it every day. Thank you again to the Celinni house and to Enzo for his availability and professionalism! See you very soon for the wedding bands :)

This is my second purchase at Celinni and I am still just as satisfied! Mr. Cousin understood my request regarding the creation of a shoulder solitaire and the result is up to par!! I will not hesitate to call on Celinni for my other projects.

Super available, service performed by professionals who know how to adjust the jewelry according to the budget. I highly recommend. In fact, I will return.

Very good experience with this jeweler, I am very satisfied with my advisor Enzo, all my satisfaction was taken into account, the jewelry arrived on time, I highly recommend.

The service is excellent. I was very well received by Mr. Cousin who was able to give me the best advice allowing me to have an informed opinion to choose exactly what was needed. The result itself is quite surprising, of rare quality! The careful work is evident. The team as a whole does a perfect job, to recommend a thousand times. Thank you very much.

Superb engagement ring, Jonathan from Nice is really attentive to customers! Super fast and quality service, well done!! I will be a loyal customer.

I ordered a full eternity band and a solitaire. I was very well advised by Johnatan. He took the time to study my request. The result is magnificent. The sparkles are splendid. The quality-price ratio is exceptional. I highly recommend it.

In anticipation of a wedding anniversary, I contacted the Celinni House and my experience was perfect from start to finish. Mr. Enzo Cousin is very professional and attentive. Moreover, the prices are really reasonable. I recommend him 100%.

In search of a ring, a friend recommended Cellini and Enzo Cousin to me. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Mr. Cousin. He was very helpful in selecting the best ring, and he accommodated our schedule and budget. The ring is beautiful and my husband loves it. I will now send my husband to Mr. Cousin to do something for me :)

Very good advice, quick work combined with excellent quality! I highly recommend!

As a new customer, I was received with a lot of professionalism and responsiveness. From the initial contact, to the selection, through advice to delivery, everything was perfect. Thank you Mr. Cousin.

Sapphire diamond ring, beautiful product, deadlines respected, careful shipping. The sales representative is nice and available. No issues, very serious company..

I wanted to thank the Celinni team, the quality-price ratio is excellent. We were assisted by Mr. Cousin in Paris, who met my expectations during the creation of a custom Solitaire, which is stunning. I would not hesitate to return for the creation of future jewelry.

I have now made three purchases from Celinni. The last one was for a solitaire. Mr. Cousin guided me from the choice of the stone to the making of the setting. I am delighted! Impeccable service.

I am not used to posting reviews about everything and nothing, but regarding Celinni, I want to testify to the excellence of the customer relationship I benefited from thanks to a very professional team. A purchase of this magnitude online is never trivial, but I can say without reservation that the seriousness and dedication of Celinni will meet your expectations, whatever they may be.

My wife and I had the opportunity to engage with the Celinni house twice. The first time for an engagement ring and wedding bands, then a second time this year for a pendant. The staff has always been extremely professional and available. The quality of the service and the jewelry is impeccable. We recommend them without hesitation.

I trusted the Celinni house and I do not regret it. The diamond ring is stunning and the prices are very reasonable. The team is responsive and gives good advice. Thank you again.

I highly recommend the Celinni house. Thank you for this wonder. I especially thank Enzo for his professionalism and responsiveness. May.

This is the second time I contact the Celinni house and I am still very satisfied with the result. The first time, I was looking for an engagement ring with a fairly precise idea, and they quickly understood my request and offered me options that fully matched it. This time it was the same for earrings and a chain, and once again the quality of the stones and the work was up to par. I will definitely make purchases with them again without any doubts.

PERFECT!!! Everything is always perfect, completely addicted to Celinni! Very professional people (thank you Nadia, thank you David) who accompany you with good humor and kindness throughout your project. Beautiful jewelry, beautiful GIA certified diamonds! Design and delivery on time! You can go there with your eyes closed!

I received my ring today and I am more than delighted! A THOUSAND thanks Celini for perfectly understanding my request, the result is even more beautiful than the 3D model. Fineness and talent, thank you again, I can't stop looking at my hand!

We are more than satisfied. The engagement ring is beautiful, up to our expectations. The service was perfect from start to finish.

Very good serious company. I bought my engagement ring and it is very nice.

A friendly team with good advice and a very good quality-price ratio. I am very satisfied.

Celinni was first recommended to me by a knowledgeable friend. I contacted the Paris establishment by phone and quickly got an appointment at the showroom. Mr. COUSIN welcomed me with professionalism. He helpfully guided me in choosing the engagement ring after listening to my various criteria and expectations. The technical characteristics of a diamond were presented to me with clear and precise explanations. Several options were presented based on my criteria. Mr. COUSIN's advice was decisive in my final choice. Mr. COUSIN was then available and responsive to my various requests during the preparation phase of the ring (3 weeks). The ring was delivered to me within the announced deadlines. It is truly stunning. Finally, the customer relationship is really top-notch, which is particularly appreciated for a purchase of value. I felt confident throughout my process. Ultimately, I can only recommend this house for anyone looking to be professionally guided in the purchase of a diamond. A very good experience for me therefore. BL

A warm welcome and tailored proposals to find your happiness. Celinni brings a fresh touch to the world of jewelry. I highly recommend.

Very good service, very friendly, focused on the client. I am very satisfied, both with the professionalism and the speed with which my orders are executed. I highly recommend Celinni and I often talk about it to those around me. Perfect! Thank you and very likely see you soon!

The ring completely meets my expectations and the quality/price ratio is very satisfactory compared to what competitors offer. Thanks to the customer service team, who have always been available and responsive. The GIA report provided with the diamond is a nice little bonus.

I have nothing but positive things to say: excellent contact and listening from Mr. Sussman, a magnificent jewel, with an excellent quality/price ratio (yes I repeat myself, but I can't find another word) and top-notch service even in this troubled period.
