Already 5 pieces purchased at Celinni: the quality is the same (if not better) than in jewelry stores, but the price is very different. When you buy from Celinni, you pay for your jewelry and not for the exorbitant rent of a shop on the grand boulevards. Hello, Following the purchase of an engagement ring at Celinni, I wanted to give feedback to share my experience. I must say that I was a bit skeptical about the concept, however, my first discussion with David Sussman was very interesting, he is very frank and shared his knowledge of diamonds (unlike some jewelers with storefronts). This builds trust. We had some issues with customs (independent of Celinni) but they always proposed solutions (which I appreciate a lot) and guided me well in my choices. I had a resizing yesterday, once again, everything went very well. In short, my satisfaction lies: - On the price - On the quality of the ring - On the quality of follow-up and guidance (argument of local jewelers, but residing abroad, Celinni did it better) - A small downside on the deadlines but as mentioned earlier, it was independent of them.
