Customer reviews of Celinni

I want to personally convey my sincerest thanks for your responsiveness. I must praise you for your know-how and the quality of your products. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and the attention you gave me during the problem encountered. I will make sure to let as many people know about you. With my sincerest regards.

The Celinni house fulfills its commitments: quality products and timely delivery.

Alexandra was remarkable: I had a deadline to meet and she did it! Thank you to her for her professionalism and listening!

As part of a gift for my daughter's 30th birthday, Alexandra accompanied me throughout this experience. I can say that she was responsive to each of my emails even though she was on vacation. Empathetic, caring, and passionate professional, she was able to advise me on the purchase, payment, and sizing of a piece of jewelry. My daughter is delighted, it's a beautiful piece of jewelry and I wish all the best to Celinni and particularly to Alexandra. Thank you.

I knew the Celinni house by reputation, but I discovered much more than a jeweler there. A true know-how. With a precise idea in mind, we designed my wedding ring from A to Z, every detail having been carefully thought out thanks to the wise advice of the team. The result meets my expectations, an elegant ring, made in remarkable time, even in the middle of June. I want to warmly thank the entire team for their professionalism, and especially Aaron, whose availability, patience, and expert eye guided me at every step. His attentive presence transformed this experience into a unique and reassuring moment. I wholeheartedly recommend the Celinni house, to whom I will return without hesitation for our wedding bands.

I was looking for a wedding ring for my wife and I came across the Celinni house's website. I had spotted a model and needed advice. We found the best compromise between diamond sizes and quality to have something that respects my budget and is also a beautiful ring for our wedding. The whole team was very responsive, the manufacturing was efficient and quick for an August month when generally the whole of France is at a standstill. A big bravo and a big thank you to the whole team! I recommend the Celinni house without hesitation for your jewelry purchases.

Excellent! We were really well advised, thank you Nadia.

I want to warmly thank Mr. Chevallier from customer service for his exemplary follow-up and valuable help. Thanks to him, my ring is like new again. A big thank you for your professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. It is a real pleasure to deal with such a serious and attentive house.

Excellent customer service, especially Mr. Quentin Chevallier, who accompanies you during the different phases of your order.

Exceptional service! I was accompanied by a passionate advisor who took the time to listen to me and understand my desires. Quentin guided me to a magnificent piece that perfectly matched my expectations! A beautiful experience, I highly recommend!

Very beautiful ring, however I am a bit disappointed, the engraving is very hard to read... The delivery time was not respected. I was also supposed to receive a Smartbox case following the order and never received it. I still recommend overall because the jewelry is really beautiful.

Wonderful store, attentive customer service and professionalism. I recommend it to everyone because I had a very good experience.

I recommend CELINNI, I bought an engagement ring and it is super beautiful and true to reality. Thank you very much!

Impeccable customer service, special mention to Quentin for his support! I was impressed by the responsiveness, professionalism, and attention given to my request. Despite a small setback with my order, the team managed the situation effectively, with clear communication at every step. The jewelry was taken care of quickly and sent back within the announced deadlines. A house that truly values customer satisfaction, which is becoming rare! I recommend without hesitation.

Very satisfied with the ring and the Celinni house, thank you to the customer service for its kindness and efficiency as well as to Quentin in after-sales for his responsiveness.

Sublime wedding band, in accordance with the description and received within the deadlines indicated on the site.

Lost a diamond, total efficiency of customer service to manage with exceptional speed. Thank you again to customer service.

I leave a mixed review, I ordered a ring with a ruby that when I received it was not true to the photo on the website. I therefore returned it, the after-sales service was up to my expectations by modifying the ring to match the one on the site. This ring is the third I order from Celinni and it is the first where I was disappointed. The customer service remains excellent, however I find that for jewelry of this quality the site should be true to the jewelry we receive.

I am on my second order and I am delighted with the jewelry I received. I recommend the Celinni House for its know-how and being.

Very professional house with an extraordinary welcome!! No surprises upon receiving our jewelry, everything is in accordance with what was proposed to us! I recommend and will remain loyal, thank you NADIA for your precious advice!!

I ordered beautiful earrings with a certificate and estimate for my insurance but the delivery address was incorrect, please clarify this with your services. Sincerely, Mrs. Saunot.

Very satisfied. The ordered ring is superb. The customer service is responsive. I recommend.

I want to warmly thank the entire Celinni team for their welcome, professionalism, and valuable advice during my visit to the showroom. A special thanks to Nadia, who was able to accompany me with patience, listening, and expertise in choosing the engagement solitaire for my wife. Thanks to you, this moment was even more special. Thank you infinitely for your support and your passion!

Welcoming and responsive staff, respect for deadlines, quality jewelry.

I would like to thank Enzo from Celinni Paris for the time and advice he gave us to choose our ring. They have a great variety of choices and styles, which allowed us to decide on our wedding ring during our first visit. I would also like to commend their professionalism and respect for production deadlines.

Significant delivery times but made up for by a true sense of customer service and professionalism. And a magnificent piece of jewelry.

The jewelry is magnificent and the team is great. I had been looking for a diamond dealer who could really advise me for a long time. I found exactly what I had in mind. Super happy with my ring and the quality. I highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Magali from Celinni Montpellier! My partner bought my engagement ring here, and it is absolutely beautiful. He was perfectly guided and supported in his choice, with a lot of professionalism and kindness. He spoke to me about his purchasing experience with great enthusiasm, which made me decide to get my wedding band at Celinni as well, and Magali was once again top-notch: very kind, attentive, with excellent advice. A perfect experience from start to finish, I recommend 100%.

Marie from the Marseille office is super professional; I recommend!

A second order in such a short time. Thank you so much Enzo and your team. My bracelet and my wedding band reflect our commitment to each other after 25 years of marriage. Thank you for sharing this moment with us.

Excellent as always.

Excellent service, warm welcome, and top quality.

Efficient and professional, I went to repair my wife's ring. Top welcome. Thank you.

I bought the gift for our 10th wedding anniversary from Celinni and I am completely satisfied. Exceptional quality-price ratio and attentive customer service.

Perfect experience for our wedding bands! After comparing with several jewelers, Celinni is really well positioned in terms of quality and price. Perfect customer service, Magali is very professional!

A memorable experience in the Marseille showroom with Marie, who was very professional in sharing her expertise in the diamond field. Can't wait to come back to finalize our order.

Thanks to the whole team, my husband got me a diamond ring that is just fantastic, top quality, thank you again to David Sussman.

Thanks to friends who had chosen Celinni for their wedding rings, we made an appointment. Enzo welcomed us warmly and made us feel at ease by explaining the different categories of diamonds, etc. We chose them for the creation of my ring. It has been over two years, and it is as beautiful as the first day. We recommend it with our eyes closed.

On the occasion of a happy event, I wanted to treat myself to a special gift. Through the Celini website, I found a product that suited me perfectly: the design, the quality, the speed of execution knowing that it is made by artisans. Going directly to the jeweler's workshops, what a joy to discover my jewel in a beautiful box. A unique experience at a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend!!!

Sublime quality and very fast service, a place not to be missed :)
