Customer reviews of Celinni

Very nice staff and very professional. I recommend.

Very good experience. Good diamond quality. Attentive and organized staff.

Very pretty jewelry, order delivered faster than expected. Well done work, very friendly welcome, the manufacturing time was correct, I recommend Cellini and plan to return soon to make another piece of jewelry.

Hello from Mauritius! It was very complicated at first because France put us in the 'Scarlet Red' zone and I was just hoping that my future sister-in-law could bring me the ring. Thank God, just a week before she planned to come to Mauritius, the French government removed Mauritius from the 'scarlet' list. When I received the ring for the first time, I was extremely happy and fascinated by its brilliance. It was better than I expected. Even the little light in the box was a plus! On the day of the proposal, my girlfriend (now my fiancée) was blown away by its beauty. A big thank you to Cellini.

I highly recommend the Cellini house, I had a ring made at Cellini and it is even better than I expected, simply magnificent with a great box not to mention the responsiveness and advice from their diamond experts who make sure to guide us in our choices. Thank you to the whole Cellini team.

Super experience! Very professional support from start to finish and the ring is exactly as I wanted! You should go there with your eyes closed. Bravo and thank you so much.

Thank you to the Cellini house for your advice. We are delighted with the repair done and the ring, the result is superb! Thank you again to Enzo and Amandine for your warm welcome and professionalism.

I am delighted with my second purchase of superb diamonds!!! Careful settings, followed by a nice packaging with very fast delivery. The advisors are attentive and very courteous. I can't wait for my next purchase. I trust them completely. I highly recommend.

Very happy with the order placed with the brand. True professionals, and especially very helpful at the Cellini house. I highly recommend.

Go there with your eyes closed, I highly recommend it. I saw many diamond dealers on different sites with different reviews and I finally chose the Cellini House which I absolutely do not regret thanks to the previous reviews from Cellini customers. I took my chance, I called them to make an appointment which went very well, thanks to Nadia who received me very professionally, she explains everything about the quality of the diamond and its purity. I bought my engagement ring after seeing it on site. I specify that on site the rings offered are fictitious for security reasons, but they are exactly the same as on their website. Once the order was placed on November 18, I was contacted on December 15 to tell me that the ring was ready. Without hesitation, I was eagerly waiting, I went there the day I was called and there it was Amandine who received me, also very professional and knows her job, she asked me if I was ready to see the ring, I said yes, she opened the box and there my eyes sparkled, it is magnificent, it is more beautiful in real life than on the internet or even the fictitious ones offered at the first appointment with Nadia. I was speechless, very happy with the quality of the ring and the diamond. I was given, of course, with the ring the GIA certificate. Thank you very much for this experience, I will definitely return for the wedding bands, very happy with this house and the people who work there and their exceptional quality/price.

Top-notch customer service. Very welcoming and professional people. We were very well supported by Enzo who also made a very good commercial gesture and a nice surprise at the pickup. For the delivery, Amandine was very kind and pleasant. I highly recommend both for the service I just described and for the quality of the products. Good continuation.

Is there still a need to add a positive review to the countless previous ones? I bought the engagement ring for my wife there. Everything went smoothly. They are professional, friendly, and take the time to explain everything to you. There is something for everyone and for all tastes. A reliable and serious house. You will get a better quality/price ratio than you think. Thank you again!

Received yesterday the solitaire ring ELLE 0.5 carat emerald cut, ordered 3 weeks ago. Splendid jewelry, my wife and I are extremely satisfied, as are the jewelry from previous years, Nelia pendants, bracelet, etc. Little surprise extras, the ring is in a box that lights up when opened, a very good idea, and an Android tablet accompanies the purchase. We highly recommend Cellini, excellent quality, very competitive prices.

Second order at Cellini and still as reliable. For our part, it is a talented young diamond dealer who deserves to be mentioned 'Enzo'. Go there with complete confidence, especially for big occasions, nothing better than being face to face with meticulous people when talking serious sums.

Thank you for your precious advice! Your help allowed me to choose the best stone that adorns the finger of my now future wife!

I totally recommend! Very good service and impeccable quality, I am very happy with my rings. Thank you for your precious advice!

Delighted to have received my diamond solitaire and its matching wedding band, very pretty and refined. The diamond solitaire was custom made and it is exactly as I wanted. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. I highly recommend!

I totally recommend! Their service is very professional and very good advice. I am glad to have gone through the Cellini house!

I rarely leave reviews but here I couldn't help but say bravo for your listening, your service, the kindness of the teams, and the quality of the ring received in record time for my wedding. We thank you and recommend this serious house without reservation. Good continuation.

Warm, friendly and personalized welcome in a cozy atmosphere. Here, no condescension like in some jewelry stores. You feel comfortable and valued. As happy to introduce their 'baby' as we are to receive it. Quality of the product and professional advice. Very good experience. To be renewed if needed!...

The experience at the Cellini house was incredible. Offers and services of great quality, charming, smiling staff (even with a mask), professional and attentive to their clients. Cellini is clearly the place to go to choose your wedding band or jewelry.

The Cellini house was able to respond effectively, professionally, and quickly to my expectations. The 'promise' ring turned out to be above my expectations. I thank Enzo and Amandine for their advice and listening. I recommend this diamond dealer without hesitation!

I recently called upon the expertise of Celinni for the creation of an engagement ring. And the service was impeccable! The welcome was of excellent quality, the advice was of great expertise, and the creation of the ring was done in record time with a flawless result. The prices are really very competitive. I highly recommend it. Celinni was attentive to my needs and advised me well according to my budget. Thank you

Really very happy to have chosen your company for my wife's solitaire purchase. I was very well received by Chrystel in their Lyon showroom. She was very good at giving advice and was able to adapt the ring to my request. The quality/price ratio is truly exceptional! I will certainly return for our wedding bands. Thank you very much!

I was delighted to make my first purchase of earrings from this prestigious house. Whether it was the advice, the respect for the delivery time, or the quality of the diamonds... everything was perfect and I thank the whole team. Best regards

We are extremely satisfied to have chosen the Cellini house for our wedding bands. We were received and advised with the utmost care. Thank you very much for your professionalism and the quality of your jewelry. We recommend it with our eyes closed!

Very good experience for the engagement ring. I was very well supported. They were able to adapt to my constraints (departure abroad) for the design of the ring and the collection by a trusted third party. Nothing to say, very reasonable price, quality jewelry at first glance, top-notch. We will return for the wedding rings.

A perfect welcome, answered all my questions, a perfect timeline

Impeccable and admirable service. Simply perfect. I recommend!

My first experience acquiring a diamond jewel went pleasantly. The team at the Celinni house is very professional. They take the time to answer all questions and provide all explanations to make the right choice, an excellent quality-price ratio, and rigor in respecting manufacturing deadlines, with little attentions that confirm their great reputation. 100% satisfied. Thank you very much!

The rings are magnificent, attentive, patient and pleasant advisors. I recommend.

Perfect! This is the third time I have bought a jewel from them and I am always very happy. The welcome is very nice and the quality-price ratio seems very good to me. I will return for my next jewel, that's for sure!

Excellent service, the lowest price on the market

Top-notch from A to Z. Very attentive to my request with a final product perfectly matching my expectations and a very good quality-price ratio. I recommend!!

Hello everyone, first of all I would like to thank the Celinni house for its professionalism, speed, and the quality of the jewelry offered. Having a very short deadline to choose my ring and receive it, the Celinni house made my ring in 3 weeks and kept its commitments. A serious family business that I recommend to you. For your information, I made my purchase online without an appointment... I was surprised to discover my wife's ring upon delivery and I was truly surprised by the quality and certifications of the jewelry. Thank you again. And especially a thank you message to Amandine for her kindness and professionalism.

For the purchase of a diamond wedding band, superb welcome from Enzo on a Sunday who took the time to understand my needs (and those of my wife), analyze and advise. The manufacturing deadlines were respected and the finished product is superb and exactly meets my expectations.

Ring ordered and received on time. Quality follow-up, and top-notch staff. I recommend, MAGNIFICENT CELINNI
