after a visit to the website, a phone call to make contact, I decided to see the offices and the stones in person. Regarding the setting, I had it made to measure from a photo. I received the ring on time. It corresponds exactly to my request. Only criticism, because there always has to be one, the velvet box was of poor quality.

The certificates of the stones are not readable online, which is a shame for understanding the price differences reflecting the different characteristics of diamonds. A sorting by criteria would be a big plus to save time. Oral and written communication is therefore necessary. The staff is pleasant and precise in their explanations. Generally speaking, I recommend this company because the staff answers all questions with great transparency. I am happy with my purchase and will not hesitate to place another order when the opportunity arises.
