Customer reviews of Celinni

We knew what we wanted: a nice diamond of over 1.5c mounted on a classic platinum ring (which can be found at all jewelers in Place Vendôme), we got exactly what we wanted. Advice on the purchase of the diamond: impeccable. Clear explanations. Unbeatable price. Making the ring: in two appointments. One to show what we wanted, the other to try a project in brass. Made by a former collaborator of a very large house in Place Vendôme. A flawless performance. Overall, an unbeatable quality-price ratio. A friendly team and true diamond specialists.

This is the first time I ordered a valuable piece of jewelry online. And like everyone else, I started by looking at reviews of the Celinni house (they were overwhelmingly positive), then I became more interested in the proposed collection and there I was seduced by the multiple choices of jewelry. As for the proposed prices, after inquiring at several shops in the region, I quickly realized that I could not find better. I therefore placed an order. I was delivered within the time frame of a very nice solitaire that met my expectations. I must add that the people on the phone were all very friendly and attentive. I recommend the Celinni house without any hesitation.

thank you for your knowledge and quality service! see you soon

I bought an engagement ring from Celinni and I am very satisfied. However, the beginning of our business relationship was a bit complicated because I had to change the diamond I initially chose several times (diamond already sold, price announced excluding tax instead of including tax, damaged stone....). We were in the holiday period and the team seemed a bit overwhelmed. I started to get a little worried. But in the end, they were very responsive and finally delivered the ring on time, with a beautiful stone, much better than the one initially chosen, and at a price that defies all competition. David, Bagdad, and Nina provided valuable advice and I thank them very much. I was able to have the ring re-evaluated, and the quality of the stone is indeed there.

I recommend this site, respect for deadlines, quality of the jewelry. Pleasant welcome. Everything was perfect.

Good site, good listening, good quality-price ratio, short deadlines almost respected. I will order again on this site

I find the site clear and understandable, which is rarely the case when looking for an engagement ring... The site is very easy to use and my order satisfies me

Fully satisfied. Fast, efficient, and competitive prices. Highly recommend.

No doubt, we dealt with a serious house and competent professionals, satisfaction assured!

I made an appointment at their Paris offices, looking for a GIA certified stone with specific specifications. Great responsiveness and excellent advice from Bagdad to refine the choice of the stone, even if it meant buying a less expensive stone that better matched the specifications. Extremely competitive prices. Stone received on time, set in front of me. In a word: perfect.

Purchase that went perfectly; stone conforming to the description made on the site, delivered on time and ultra-responsive, serious customer service that calls you back! Saleswoman (Chloé) very professional and excellent advice. Security of the purchase with original certificate provided. Site to recommend in every way despite the certain apprehension that can be generated by buying a ring online!

Without reservation, I highly recommend the Celinni house. In my opinion, everything is done to get to the heart of the matter, its core business: the stone. Celinni allows its clients to obtain the most beautiful diamonds at the best prices. I felt sincerity in listening to my needs within my budget. The deadlines were respected. If there was just a small downside, it was planned that the engraving would be done for the big day, but it will be done later due to the shape of the setting (which can change size if it does not fit).

Exemplary! That's the summary of my transaction, availability, service, listening, and impeccable physical welcome, quality and knowledge of products without flaws, all at a price that defies all competition, making accessible what is not necessarily so at first glance = simply the best of the internet! See you very soon for new purchases!

Bagdad managed our order perfectly, very attentive to our needs. We had effective exchanges and delivery within the deadlines.

I found the Celinni house by chance while looking for a diamond dealer in Paris and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the house. After several weeks of searching, I could not find a better quality-price ratio, even in the United States (my wife is American). With the particular situation of its manager, there is no intermediary between the Antwerp market and the individual. The customer service is truly unique between payment facilities and the welcome in their shop. My wife never tires of the fabulous stone we were able to get while a large department store would have pushed us to mortgage! Thank you Celinni.

On Celinni.com, you will find diamonds at the best price, but above all advice on how to choose well (thank you Bagdad!). The solitaire I received in record time, in palladium white gold and set with a certified diamond, is a marvel. Fast and very serious, I can only recommend. +++

- order a complex custom solitaire in platinum and diamond of over 1 carat - quality rendering close to a Tiffany embrace or Cartier Destinee - custom-made plus. We choose the number of diamonds, ... - the lower price. I could never have offered a diamond of over one carat for this price at a major brand - the diamond comes with its certificate. It is engraved; laser with the number. - the physical store Paris

The jewelry was a hit, it's exactly what we expected. The delivery service was perfect and on time despite the very short notice. Excellent follow-up service.

engagement ring conforms to what I expected. Courteous and professional team. Highly recommended

Personalized follow-up before and after the order. Very good advice. An excellent shopping experience!

Two significant orders in three years and a lot of joy and pleasure. People always listening to you, with one concern, to satisfy you. First, Mr. De Francet who found me two beautiful stones for earrings, and especially Chloé who offered me a diamond of super quality (E/VVS1) for my wife's pendant. In short, what a pleasure to work with these people. By the way, I will return again ... Best regards JP.Lémond

Second order on this site and still this amazement at receiving and giving these jewels. It's beautiful work with an excellent quality-price ratio and moreover, whether by phone or internet, the correspondents are exceptionally courteous and kind. Highly recommended.

The ring is beautiful as is the diamond. The delivery experienced a slight delay due to a birth for the person who was following my order. However, the whole team managed to arrange things for me and deliver the ring on time. A BIG thank you to the entire CELINNI team!!!!

thank you for your listening, Bagdad was very professional, I am delighted with my ring 1c 5, it is magnificent! This is the second time I order from you and I am very happy to have found this address, the prices are really competitive, the realizations are neat. Valerie

Before knowing Celinni.com, I didn't understand anything about diamonds but thanks to the information and communication from the team, I was able to make my choice knowledgeably. Moreover, the range offered in settings and diamonds allowed me to customize the solitaire ring for our engagement. Not to mention the deal I made, I saved a lot for a very beautiful stone that easily costs 70% more on other sites and in jewelry stores, but my dear won't ever know :) In short, I recommend Celinni.com, thanks again to the whole team.

Exceptional service! An order placed on Monday and delivered on Friday (before the announced deadline), I must admit I was blown away. Also reassured, because the product is in accordance with the description, splendid, delivered in a case and with a certificate. As for the price, everyone can form their own opinion on the Internet, it is also very efficient. Bravo and thank you for your seriousness.

I ordered the engagement ring in mid-January and needed it for early February. Despite the deadline, Celinni managed to send my package on time. They did everything to ensure I could have my ring for the big day. Really excellent service and communication. I am very satisfied with everything they did for me. I recommend it to everyone. The quality/price ratio is very good, the product is as shown in the photos, very good product. Bravo!

Thank you to David for guiding, advising, and reassuring me at all stages of my diamond purchase. I highly recommend the Celinni site which offers quality diamonds at attractive prices. Payment facilities that allow you to manage your cash flow with complete peace of mind. In summary, a jeweler worthy of the name!!!! Karim

Hello, After a few setbacks, the unexpected was there! As they say, with a little patience, the best can be yet to come. Thanks to Chloé's persistence for this realization Best regards Catherine

A big thank you to Chloé for her advice and professionalism! Very nice house with a wide choice of stones and models.

I am very satisfied. My contact person listened to me, searching for the best fit for my budget, after placing the order, the shipping delay was nothing to complain about except that the Celinni house is serious.

Celinni was introduced to me by a friend who is an auctioneer specializing in jewelry, which assured me of the reliability and quality of the products. The customer relationship is efficient, relevant, professional, pleasant, and very friendly. Celinni's reasonable prices allow you to prioritize the purity and/or size of the stones so that your gift is even more wonderful. Personally, my fiancée cried tears of joy. I will gladly return for a future gift.

This is the first time I buy a diamond and I was delighted by the staff who took care of me (Bagdad). Friendly, competent, considerate... As for the ring, I think I made a good deal since the same is sold for twice as much in a large store on Boulevard Haussmann. Just so you know...

A quality availability and precise follow-up that allowed me to make a purchase as I desired

I just received my third order from Celinni. As usual, I am delighted. I highly recommend this jeweler in whom I have complete trust. The ordering process is easy, the delivery is correct, and the prices compared to the market are very attractive. As for the quality of the jewelry, they are perfect and bring nothing but satisfaction. I also recommend Janet's jewelry store, I acquired two pairs of earrings for children, absolutely lovely. My little girl is thrilled. I particularly thank David Sussman who handled my last order and was very efficient. Bravo also to his entire team.

I am delighted with my wedding ring, it is superb and I thank Bagdad for the follow-up from the beginning of my order to the delivery made today, I really didn't think I could get it before New Year's Eve, a thousand thanks!!! I will recommend the Celinni House to those around me for its great professionalism and the excellent welcome we receive, which is becoming very rare! Excellent year 2014 !!!!

For the little story, I placed an order at Celinni.com to make a gift for my wife. I was guided in my choice to achieve an exceptional result. The ring is really well made and perfectly matches my request. David SUSSMAN's advice allowed me to make the right choice on the quality of the stone so that it perfectly matches the white gold setting. There are several basic elements to know and the Celinni team takes care to communicate them to you to achieve a simply impeccable result. You can trust their advice, it is a very serious and very friendly team. I must also admit to being surprised by the speed of execution, between the diamond order, assembly, and shipping. (Shipped Friday at 11 AM and received the next day at 10:30 AM). Celinni.com offers exceptional service quality with extremely competitive prices. A quality/price ratio that I have not found with any other jeweler. To summarize: 5 stars: Price 5 stars: Quality of the ring and diamond 5 stars: super fast delivery 5 stars: warm and friendly phone reception. Look no further, go to celinni.com I highly recommend. Thank you to the team.

Behind Celinni.com, there are serious, friendly, responsive, and competent people. Very demanding, I chose the diamond - GIA certificate -, the platinum setting and, in the end, the solitaire is sublime and meets all my expectations. Chloé was a listening, available, friendly, efficient interlocutor, in short, a great pro. The delivery (discreet and secure packaging) took place on the indicated day. Very satisfied, I recommend this site without hesitation, especially since the price is really interesting. Celinni is a trustworthy house.

A relaxed atmosphere but serious service, attentive people and trust in solid expertise, that was enough for me to decide to acquire a beautiful piece of jewelry from Celinni. Very happy with this experience, I will gladly recommend this brand that has left me with only good impressions.

Very professional advice, competitive prices, customer-oriented, very efficient... I can only recommend.
