Lenses conforming for Oakley Ejector frame received in 1 week. The polarized lenses create "rainbow" reflections on windshields, motorcycle visors, and computer screens... greatly hinders driving and reading the phone... hence 3 stars.

Thank you very much for your feedback, and glad that the lenses fit perfectly to your frame!
Regarding the effects you describe, an explanation is necessary, as they are actually the signature of the polarizing, not a defect. The "rainbow" reflections on the windshield or a visor come from the interaction between the polarizing filter and the internal constraints of these surfaces (laminated glass, treated plastics): the filter reveals patterns invisible to the naked eye. The same goes for screens: some phones and dashboards emit light that is itself polarized, which can darken or iridesce depending on the angle. This is the functioning of any polarizing lens, regardless of the brand.
In return, this same filter eliminates glare from the road, water, and shiny surfaces; it is a trade-off. For uses where screens and visors are paramount, especially motorcycles, a non-polarizing tint may be a more suitable choice, and our customer service is there to discuss it: [email protected].
Thank you for your trust!
