Regarding polarization, allow us a small technical clarification: a lens is either polarized or non-polarized — there is no such thing as "partial polarization" or "poor quality". To verify this, you can perform a very simple test with an LCD screen (like that of a smartphone or computer, for example):

Hold the lens in front of the screen.

Turn it gently on itself.

If the brightness changes significantly at certain angles, the lens is indeed polarized.

As for sun protection, our lenses are all category 3, which corresponds to the category recommended in most high brightness situations (summer, beach, mountains, daytime driving, normal outdoor activities).
Category 4 lenses, which are darker, are only recommended in extreme cases of very intense glare (high altitude skiing, desert, etc.).

Please do not hesitate to consult an optician to be sure: they can confirm the polarization and category of the lens in an instant.

The choice we made is not a compromise on quality, but a deliberate technical decision. Our lenses are made of Tri-Acetate Cellulose (TAC), a high-performance material known for:

its great lightness, highly appreciated for prolonged wear,

effective polarization, which limits annoying reflections (water, snow, glass surfaces),

good optical clarity, without distortion,

a memory shape, which allows a perfect fit to the frame,

and a multilayer structure that enhances their durability and resistance to micro-scratches.

Their apparent thinness thus contributes to visual and physical comfort, without compromising performance or stability. Once in place, the lenses hold perfectly and provide a pleasant experience on a daily basis, especially when driving or outdoors.
