I am responsible for managing supplier-related issues for my employer and as a principle, I never give 5 stars, but here, I must admit that I have to bow to my purchasing experience and the handling of an issue with the product. I ordered lenses to replace some old, terrible lenses. First good point, the seller is French, the products are of good quality (the company has been supplying optical professionals for many years) and at a reasonable price, which is a real plus compared to other sellers located outside of France. The order is processed quickly and the product is delivered quickly as well. And here begins the best part because the lenses did not exactly match my frame! Generally, one starts to think that the obstacle course begins and that one will have to suffer to obtain a favorable outcome... Well, not with Changermesverres! I report the issue via the site and very quickly, I am told that if I notice a defect, I can either return the product for an immediate refund, or send them my original lens to have it duplicated exactly at no extra cost. Generally, others only stick to refunds without seeking a solution. So I take option 2 to give them my original lens and I notice that their premises are not very far from my home, so I call them to see if I can drop off the lenses directly to save time. And yes! On the phone, they offer me to come at a convenient time to drop off the lenses. And this is where the 5 stars make perfect sense. On site, transparently, they compare my original lenses with the ones received and then with the official dimensions for this frame and find that there was a simple human error (as can happen to anyone, especially after a forced confinement...) in the values entered into the production machine and that they will redo the lenses right away (YES they cut the lenses on site! They are not just resellers without control of the chain like many, and that makes a huge difference). And so I leave with the correct lenses on my frames, very happy. So to summarize: 1 - a company specialized in optics and recognized by professionals for a long time 2 - a company located in France, producing in France 3 - a company that is transparent and takes responsibility for its mistakes in the best way, as we would like to see more often 4 - a company that offers products with a very good quality/price ratio 5 - a trusting customer. I don't think they can afford to receive all customers in their premises, but the dimension error must have seemed so contrary to their usual quality level that they made an exception for me :o) Here it is, and for those who think I am on the payroll of this company, I am Julien COMPAGNON and I work at Eiffage. Google should allow you to verify that I exist and that I have no connection to the optical world.
