Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that your lenses do not fully satisfy you.
Regarding polarization, allow us a small technical clarification: a lens is either polarized or non-polarized — there is no such thing as "partial polarization" or "poor quality". To verify this, you can perform a very simple test with an LCD screen (like that of a smartphone or computer, for example):
Hold the lens in front of the screen.
Turn it gently on itself.
If the brightness changes significantly at certain angles, the lens is indeed polarized.
As for sun protection, our lenses are all category 3, which corresponds to the category recommended in most high brightness situations (summer, beach, mountains, daytime driving, normal outdoor activities).
Category 4 lenses, which are darker, are only recommended in extreme cases of very intense glare (high altitude skiing, desert, etc.).
Please do not hesitate to consult an optician to be sure: they can confirm the polarization and category of the lens in an instant.
And above all, rest assured: we guarantee a satisfaction or money-back service. If you wish to make a return, simply contact our after-sales service at
