Very well packaged parcel. One downside, the different sizes of identical products (except for color) that I noticed. Probably a manufacturing issue and not the hat shop's fault!

When you placed your order, you should have seen a red message indicating that the shop was on annual leave for this period. Deliveries resumed as soon as we reopened. Sorry if there was a delay.

On the site: nothing to say. The person I spoke to on the phone was understanding, very pleasant. Regarding the hat, the Trilby type suits me perfectly: a hat I love to wear. However, the fabric of the hat creases... Maybe I should have bought a better quality: I don't know... I am a novice in this area. Conclusion: Very good site, the shape of the hat suits me very well. Disappointed by the fabric which seems thin... But well... to be taken with caution.

Hello Emmanuel, Thank you for your comment :) Your Stetson Trilby is made of linen so it will have a crease at first, it will shape to your head over time. It's a very good quality hat but like everything made of linen, it can have creases at first. The more you wear it, the better it will fit your head. And for the same hat with better support, it's coated cotton polyester, Stetson has some but warmer and for rain.

The unique size of this model is 57/M with a velcro adjustment at the back, it is true that if you wear a 59, it will be a bit tight.
