I could have given 5 stars because: - The wine is good compared to other 0% - The delivery was perfect, don't change carriers, Fedex is top-notch, nothing like all the carriers I've known. - Customer service is relatively professional, response not very quick but complete response is essential. However, I would have given 5 stars if they had marketed a 0.0% like Emmery, or Alternativa and many others, it's a real shame because I'm looking for true non-alcoholic, not <0.5%, when we want non-alcoholic it's true that we don't want a little alcohol, we don't want 0.5%, so obviously it's the 0% label that allows up to 0.5% but the label is misleading, if I wanted wine with alcohol I would take a chateauneuf, not a 0%... anyway, they replied that it would come but in the meantime they don't have any, hence the small downside because for that I won't buy again as long as they don't make 0.0% and I think it's not for tomorrow that they will sell 0.0%... very unfortunate but 4 stars for all the other good reasons
