Poor quality product (or price too high compared to the quality)

Hello, Order received very quickly, too bad there was a size error! I returned the item for exchange, without any problem. After three days, new shorts received, the quality is definitely there, the side pockets are well positioned! Not yet tested on a long distance

Good quality outfits made in France. After being very disappointed with the quality of the seams of the shorts from Castelli, those from Chef de File guarantee comfort and seam strength, as well as for the jersey.

I had a jersey and shorts made to measure for the Liège Bastogne Liège in collaboration with the League Against Cancer. Quality product, deadline respected. The design team is top-notch, and very responsive to requested changes. A BIG THANK YOU to Thomas (sales) for our exchanges, his responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness!!! I recommend 100% Etienne

I recently discovered the Chef de File brand and I recommend it 100%. Their sales and after-sales service was attentive and very professional when my package did not reach me correctly due to the carrier. They reshipped the order very quickly and the exchanges were very smooth. A big thank you to them

Very good quality products but the photos and descriptions are not representative! Different color, short sleeve clothing not indicated in the product sheet and ambiguous in the photo. On the other hand, the canvas bag with the order is nice. The order arrived quickly. Too bad.

Response from Chef de File
Hello Fabien, Thank you for your complete feedback. We try to represent our products as best as possible through several photos (in studio, in detail, and in action) as well as in the product description. Both for the color and for the technical aspect. Sorry that the product did not meet your expectations and that the black vest on a black jacket may have misled you. This is why we zoom in on our products so that you can see the details of it before purchase and that we indicated in the product sheet, among other things, 'discover our new sleeveless windbreaker vest'... We remain at your disposal, Luca - The Chef de File team

Nice finish and pleasant to wear, we'll see over time but nothing suggests a lack of durability. Winter jacket given for 0-10°C but rather 5-15°C for me, unless you multiply layers above and below.

I didn't know the brand but it was recommended to me by a friend. I appreciate the style of the products. The site is clear and well presented. Choosing sizes is quite easy by following the size guide. My order arrived in 3 days, well packaged. The products seem to be of quality, for a reasonable cost.
