Response from Chef de File
Hello Patricia, Thank you for your message. We are sorry to see that you were unable to order from us. In our records, you are only registered with one order, which we canceled after sending you an email explaining the reasons for this cancellation: a stock error that we could not honor because the product was unavailable. To date, this email explaining it is still unanswered, a week and a half later. You sent us a contact form a few days ago, to which we responded, explaining the problem again, still without a response from you. Email replies would have sufficed to understand the situation. We are of course available to answer your questions to find the best way to satisfy you in your purchases at Chef de File! Sara - Chef de File

Extremely pleasant jersey to wear in high summer heat, however after about ten outings, some seams have loosened, I informed customer service, who was responsive and we were able to find a solution quickly. I recommend Chef de File!

Very bad experience. A size chart that does not correspond to the size of the jerseys. For the return, costs at my expense, the guy explaining to me that I made a mistake, that the fabric is stretchy, finally a lot of nonsense. Photos and comparison with another jersey, taking measurements... No consideration for the customer! 5 euros for delivery and 6 for return! I will continue to buy from Ekoï, at least the size charts correspond to the sizes of the jerseys received. Even with Rion or Darevie on Aliexpress they cover the returns and the products are of excellent quality.

Response from Chef de File
Hello Régis, Thank you for your message. Sorry that the XXL size does not suit you. The size guide we have on our site and our size help page to select (https://chefdefile.com/pages/comment-choisir-la-taille-de-son-maillot) is also the one we provide to our clubs and events (about 15,000 short-sleeve jerseys per year). We know that we have products that fit closely to the body, which is why we recommend, in case of doubt, to go for the next size up. The measurements on the size guide should be taken on the person and not on the jersey, as the fabric that makes up our jerseys is stretchy and designed to fit each person's morphology and act as a second skin. The measurement you took on the jersey does not reflect the reality of the size to select. As for our return policy, it is also indicated on our site. Unfortunately, we could have found a solution, but our email has gone unanswered on your part... Best regards, Luca - The Chef de File team

Good quality outfits made in France. After being very disappointed with the quality of the seams of the shorts from Castelli, those from Chef de File guarantee comfort and seam strength, as well as for the jersey.

I had a jersey and shorts made to measure for the Liège Bastogne Liège in collaboration with the League Against Cancer. Quality product, deadline respected. The design team is top-notch, and very responsive to requested changes. A BIG THANK YOU to Thomas (sales) for our exchanges, his responsiveness, professionalism, and friendliness!!! I recommend 100% Etienne
