Very good quality products but the photos and descriptions are not representative! Different color, short sleeve clothing not indicated in the product sheet and ambiguous in the photo. On the other hand, the canvas bag with the order is nice. The order arrived quickly. Too bad.

Response from Chef de File
Hello Fabien, Thank you for your complete feedback. We try to represent our products as best as possible through several photos (in studio, in detail, and in action) as well as in the product description. Both for the color and for the technical aspect. Sorry that the product did not meet your expectations and that the black vest on a black jacket may have misled you. This is why we zoom in on our products so that you can see the details of it before purchase and that we indicated in the product sheet, among other things, 'discover our new sleeveless windbreaker vest'... We remain at your disposal, Luca - The Chef de File team

Nice finish and pleasant to wear, we'll see over time but nothing suggests a lack of durability. Winter jacket given for 0-10°C but rather 5-15°C for me, unless you multiply layers above and below.

I didn't know the brand but it was recommended to me by a friend. I appreciate the style of the products. The site is clear and well presented. Choosing sizes is quite easy by following the size guide. My order arrived in 3 days, well packaged. The products seem to be of quality, for a reasonable cost.

Too bad the sizes don't match... Size small. So returning the product: shipping costs at our expense for the purchase + shipping costs at our expense for the return!! Loss of money.

Response from Chef de File
Hello, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that our offer to exchange the jersey for a larger size did not suit you. The products run small because it is the norm for a comfort and performance aspect to fit close to the body, and as we indicate on our size guide: 'Please note that these products fit very close to the body. Don't hesitate to take a size up if in doubt!'. It is in this sense that we advise people who want the jersey to be more 'ample' to go for a size up. Wishing you a good day, Luca - The Chef de File team

Very long delivery time, 12 days... Shipping costs too high! No indication that the site and therefore the teams are on vacation on the website. It's a shame. I understand and it is legitimate to have vacations but maybe indicating it on the site would be worth considering.

Response from Chef de File
Hello Camille, Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, our apologies for the longer order processing time than usual during the August period (which was however notified on the announcement bar of our site). The package being shipped from Monaco, we have additional transport costs (https://chefdefile.com/pages/livraison). For example, in our shipping policy, the transport costs are at our expense for an order similar to yours shipped within mainland France. We understand that the design of our marinière may not appeal to everyone and that is perfectly normal. However, on the product page of the jersey, there are images of the outfit in 3D as well as photos of the jersey worn that highlight the design and the traditional lines of the marinière reworked to give a breaking effect. We remain at your disposal. Wishing you a good day, Luca - The Chef de File team

I bought a second pair of shorts, I am 1.80m tall and weigh 73 kg, size L fits me like a 'glove'. The first one is 1 year old and certainly not far from 10,000 km, it hasn't changed. The shorts age very well. Several long rides of 200 km on gravel and road bike.
