I did not receive this order, nor any notice from the carrier regarding it. Not serious at all.

Delivery time a bit long.

The ordered items arrived with a lot of delay.

I was sent a bra with front fastening that doesn't fit me, while I had ordered one with back fastening. Moreover, it seems difficult to return from Germany.

Does not meet my expectations

The box in which the nightgown was found was completely torn. For a gift, this was shocking considering the marketing positioning and the price of the nightgown.

This panty is too big and I thought it would be more shaping.

Charged for express shipping but order was not even shipped a week later. I had to investigate what had happened only to find that they hadn't shipped my order. I received it 2 weeks later and no excuses at all!! So impolite! So unprofessional!!

Worst support. Not everything that was ordered was done.

I thought they could be used multiple times but the fineness of the material prevents reuse. For a single use, it's still expensive.

Purchasing on-line was easy, but the waiting time of 3 months due to stock out was excessive. This vendor needs to provide reliable information about goods in stock, or give firm delivery dates. Though it is a problem with many online retailers, this was by far the worst experience I have had.

The box was damaged, the swimwear inside was OK.

I received a damaged bathing suit and they're saying there's no returns and I need someone to replace this. It's a $150 bathing suit that I can't wear.

Return policy is not customer oriented.

The item ordered was damaged, so I'm disappointed. However, the return and refund worked fine.

Hello, I received not what I ordered :( I ordered SILK NIGHTY SPLENDEUR SOIE, dark blue colour, Reference: ALC1080-marine, but I received the black one and other model. I want to return that I received and I want to receive what I order (Reference: ALC1080-marine) how I can do it? And also I wait for my order around 18 days, too long delivery.

The swimsuit was finally what I'd been looking for, and the print is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it only came in very large cups (I'm a size A). So I wrote to customer service to get their opinion. On the strength of their advice, I placed the order, but the bikini is sagging under the armpits and in the bust area. I'm so disappointed

Everything is perfect

Delivery took a bit long, a week to receive my order, but the item met my expectations.

I was happy to find two! ristretto Deauville bra models in my size on the Chez Mademoiselle website. I immediately ordered and paid. And then I was only sent ONE bra (and refunded)!! I am very disappointed because now I cannot find a second model in my size!!!

The order, placed at the end of September, was a month late. Having said that, I don't usually have any problems with this site. So this was an exception which caused me a few problems, but which won't prevent me from ordering again.

Delivery a little long for my taste

It's a shame, the products are pretty, but they must be in stock and know it when ordering I'm still missing 1 product out of 2 Already paid and I'm still waiting.

Product unusable and painful Very expensive

Poor experience as item on shown as available on website was not in stock.

I'm only talking about delivery. To this day my parcel has still not been delivered. Order placed on 18/03/2023 and it is now 28/03/2023. So MINIMUM 10 days and more

Chez Mademoiselle gave me false information. I ordered an item and was told that they only had it in a different color. When I asked when that item would be in stock again, I was told that the company had quit making it. On that basis, I ordered the other color. I later checked with the company that produces that item and learned that the company is indeed still producing it. I also became suspicious of Chez-Mademoiselle upon checking reviews for Colissimo, the delivery company used by Chez Mademoiselle, I discovered numerous complaints about its being fraudulent or charging large fees to get the package in the end. On the basis of the false information about the one product and the reports on Colissimo, I cancelled the order. Instead of canceling it, Chez Mademoiselle refunded part of the money and quickly sent out the rest of the order. I have not yet received the goods and so I cannot yet comment on Colissimo or on whether I will even receive the goods.

I am very disappointed I did not receive the package and you ask me my opinion???
