Good quality. A little expensive though. The parcel arrived well after Christmas.

A little less satisfied this time, because the fabric is very nice but too light and transparent. I don't think this was specified in the description.

Product unusable and painful Very expensive

Poor experience as item on shown as available on website was not in stock.

I'm only talking about delivery. To this day my parcel has still not been delivered. Order placed on 18/03/2023 and it is now 28/03/2023. So MINIMUM 10 days and more

Chez Mademoiselle gave me false information. I ordered an item and was told that they only had it in a different color. When I asked when that item would be in stock again, I was told that the company had quit making it. On that basis, I ordered the other color. I later checked with the company that produces that item and learned that the company is indeed still producing it. I also became suspicious of Chez-Mademoiselle upon checking reviews for Colissimo, the delivery company used by Chez Mademoiselle, I discovered numerous complaints about its being fraudulent or charging large fees to get the package in the end. On the basis of the false information about the one product and the reports on Colissimo, I cancelled the order. Instead of canceling it, Chez Mademoiselle refunded part of the money and quickly sent out the rest of the order. I have not yet received the goods and so I cannot yet comment on Colissimo or on whether I will even receive the goods.

I thought I had ordered an SG without underwiring.

Ordered EAEGWEOTP 10 days ago. Still no sign of the merchandise or message that it has been sent :(

Personalized follow-up of my order even though the item ordered did not exist. The person who called me was perfectly kind and professional.

Nothing has arrived yet. Not even a message.

I had chosen express delivery (within 1 working day) at extra cost, but it took 6 days!!!! On top of that, they harass me with a lot of advertising messages, and it's not possible to unsubscribe from the site!!!!
