Purchasing on-line was easy, but the waiting time of 3 months due to stock out was excessive. This vendor needs to provide reliable information about goods in stock, or give firm delivery dates. Though it is a problem with many online retailers, this was by far the worst experience I have had.

I was happy to find two! ristretto Deauville bra models in my size on the Chez Mademoiselle website. I immediately ordered and paid. And then I was only sent ONE bra (and refunded)!! I am very disappointed because now I cannot find a second model in my size!!!

I don't have any tracking information for my order of over 200: are the items in stock or not? What is the approximate delivery time? Has the order been shipped? If so, what are the carrier's details? etc. I do not recommend this site.

Dear customer, delivery times are notified when selecting sizes and quantities. Your tracking number is automatically sent as soon as your order is dispatched. But maybe it's in your spam folder?

I've been waiting 10 days for news of my order: no communication, when will it be sent? On the other hand, advertisements arrive regularly. What's the point of encouraging consumers to buy if you can't deliver?
