The order, placed at the end of September, was a month late. Having said that, I don't usually have any problems with this site. So this was an exception which caused me a few problems, but which won't prevent me from ordering again.
I've been a customer for several years now, and I'm always satisfied with the quality of the product and the timely delivery.
