ALTHOUGH THE ORDER TOOK A LONG TIME TO ARRIVE, A REASON INDEPENDENT OF CHIBI, THE SALES SERVICE ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUESTS
The order was processed and shipped quickly. The package was very well made, each item was perfectly protected.

The figure was packaged far too insecurely, which led to its box now being riddled with countless dents. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Satisfied with the order placed at Chibi Akihabara, package received well packaged. I always have delays on preordered products that are related to suppliers and not to Chibi Akihabara who unfortunately can do nothing. For this reason, they sent me the products already in stock from one of my preorders as a gesture and I thank them for that.
Package well received, pre-orders take a long time and you have to be patient to get a refund but everything eventually gets done.
