The parcel was dispatched with the utmost care and speed.I have to admit that I felt like taking away a few stars because the delivery service provider (DPD Nîmes branch) was totally unprofessional, lacking in seriousness and honesty.Fortunately, the delivery ended well, with several calls on my part and the intervention of your customer service department to follow up on the delivery. That's why I'm leaving 5* and you have to be honest, you're not responsible for the delivery agency.I strongly advise people not to have their orders delivered by DPD in the south-east of France.
