I ordered the 13 mini berserk figurines but in the end two were duplicates and one was missing. I have sent an email with photo attached still no response.

I've never had a problem with them before, except this time when my figurine arrived broken (not Chibi-Akihabara's fault, the figurine had a manufacturing defect), so I contacted the sav who replied quickly and had me send the figurine back to them for a refund.
