Even when there's a mistake, you can call customer service, who respond quickly, professionally and politely, and the parcels are always perfectly packaged and protected. Product conforms, but the waiting time is extremely long, even though the "Itachi Dioramatic" figurine has been available since June in certain specialized stores such as manga story in Paris. And the figurine had been pre-ordered since the end of February for delivery at the beginning of August. What's more, the figurine's box was damaged because there's large bubble wrap on one part but not all around the figurine's box in the carton, so with the carrier(s) there's bound to be a lot of damage - in short, I was disappointed with the waiting time and the packaging of the box.
