Nothing to complain about, always top-notch

I've been ordering from the site for three years now, and I've never had a problem! including one that could have happened, but they were quick to reassure and help me. I had pre-ordered a figurine for June 2023. But it never arrived. I contacted the company in February to ask for an explanation after seeing one of their competitors selling the figurine I wanted at the convention. I understood that the problem was with the supplier and not with them, so I remained understanding and continued to wait.After 3 weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received the reimbursement, so I contacted them again, they reassured me and I waited again. I finally contacted them by email a week later, to express my concern at not having received anything. They quickly replied, reassuring me again, and within a few hours my refund arrived. Three years of loyalty and they know how to give it back, once again a huge thank you to them!

I paid a pre-order of 799 EUR with them in 2023.The delivery date is in 1 month.After that, it's 8 months of silence, with no delivery or notification.In 2024, I discovered that this order was still undelivered.I asked about it, was told to cancel the order and waited another month for the refund.In the end, I was refunded 785.17 EUR.I asked why I lost money.I was told that I was the one who cancelled and according to their T&Cs, it's my responsibility and the transaction fees are my responsibility. I had a problem with the carrier dpd, where the box was very damaged. I don't recommend dpd as a carrier. On the other hand, after-sales service was perfect and responsive. I sent a new figurine. It's perfect, no defects, very well protected. Nothing to complain about. Very serious team. I recommend them.
