I preordered a Kirua Zoldik statue in June 2024, scheduled for September of the same year. A collaboration between the site and Kitsune Statue where they announce a super short delay between the preorder and delivery, so normally we expect reliable timelines. I received the statue in August 2025! (after 7 delays...) And in terms of quality, the face was below the images present on the site and even on the box (rounder face, different eye tilt). The character looks more like a sulky child than a killer... I really thought "all that waiting for this". And no instructions are provided to attach all the lightning bolts to the statue, they are delivered loose in bags and we try to figure out which goes where based on the photos on the box, it lacks finishing.
