Pre-ordered figurine, received several months later. In a strange way, it was wrapped in bubble wrap (the figurine in the box) it was very badly made with a defect on the head, I was offered a coupon for 10% off but I found it light all the same. I still don't know if it's an official figurine or not, at least it doesn't look like the photos, what a shame. It's the Raphaël figurine from the anime Moi quand je me réincarise en slime. We'll have to see what condition the figurine is in for a future purchase. But the "bubble wrap" packaging already tipped me off. For this reason, I can't recommend this site highly enough.

HelloIt says on our website that we sell 100% official figurines. If you take a closer look at our site, you'll also see the words: Banpresot/Bandai partner. Unless Banpresto is making counterfeits, which is impossible, your figurine is official. It's not uncommon for figurines costing around 30 euros to have manufacturing defects. They're mass-produced in factories. As I reread your conversation history, it seems to me that my colleague suggested several solutions. It was you who decided to keep the figurine and take the 10% discount code. You were perfectly free to return the figurine after I had given you a label (specified in the message) and ask for a refund, but you decided to keep it anyway. Sincerely

The products I ordered arrived fairly quickly and well packaged, however I'm only giving 4 stars because I had a problem with my original order, the figurine I had ordered was withdrawn from the site (probably due to the lack of information given by the supplier regarding the release date) and I wasn't informed. I think an email update on this type of incident would be good, it reinforces the trust between customer and seller (we have less the impression that the seller does things behind our back). I was entitled to a credit note, and customer service replied within two days, so that's a good point too.

I'm not likely to recommend them. I'm sent a figurine in a box in poor condition even though I'd asked them to check the condition of the boxes carefully, I'm told I have to send it back for a replacement and finally when they receive it they send me a message to tell me it's now out of stock and they're going to refund me instead. They really couldn't put one aside for me as soon as they knew I was sending mine back? I'm only giving two stars because customer service is quick to respond.
