As soon as ordered, as soon as arrived! (Less than 1 week) I had to call the number on the site twice in one day, for a tracking problem and a small delay in delivery (on time). The lady on the other end of the line answered me very well and was pleasant. Very well packaged parcel + small gift for the Christmas present. I'd recommend it. I wanted to order for a friend and send it directly to her, but it was impossible to send it in her name. I ordered without being logged in, using someone else's email address to send in her name. You could change the delivery address but not the name. What's more, I don't understand why it was pre-ordered, but we saw it earlier, so much the better, but it doesn't look professional. Fortunately, the figurine arrived in good condition.

I took a Draken figurine (Tokyo revengers) as a pre-order and I must admit that by the time it arrived I was a little afraid of a scam, but in the end I wasn't at all.
