I love it! Really quick service, just a few days until it was shipped and it was the fastest shipping service I have ever received too! I think I never received an international order that fast. The figures had a lot of air pads so they don't bounce too much, but through delivery the box was damaged a bit.. (for which the seller isn't responsible for!) nevertheless, luckily, the boxes of the figures didn't even had a scratch, which really surprised me a lot.So finally, I'm just really happy with my purchase and will probably order there again! :)

This review is based on the 4 orders I've placed with the site, which is very reliable and delivers products quickly.Speaking of the latter, I had a slightly damaged parcel (packaging of a figurine partially crushed, without any consequence on it), but it's really the carrier's fault, the figurines are always well packaged in cartons of the right size, with air pockets to fill the gaps.Finally, customer service of a rare quality: I've hardly ever seen customer service so responsive to the requests I've been able to submit. I had to contact customer service several times because of payment (from my bank) and stock problems, and despite my persistence, the person remained courteous and very patient.I recommend it!

Very good experience with Chibi Akihabara. Being new to collecting figurines, I found their sites, and decided to trust them by placing 2 orders directly with them. Having already received the first parcel, the figurines were well protected and the boxes were in perfect condition. If you're still hesitating to buy from them, don't hesitate any longer :) What's more, if you have any questions they try to get back to you as quickly as possible, very good customer relations in my experience!
