HelloWe are sorry that you are not satisfied with your order. Please note that we are dependent on our suppliers and that product delays are not our fault. An article was posted on our forum explaining the delivery delays. No matter how hard we try to contact our suppliers, we cannot send packages with nothing in them simply to respect the dates, which are only indicative. You have the option of returning it to us (at your expense and in its original boxes) and requesting a refund, bearing in mind that we are resellers and not manufacturers. We have no control over the products leaving the factory. Defects on the figurine are not our fault and are sadly common on Banpresto/Bandai Spirits products.
