I've been shopping on their site for some time now, and I've never had any particular problems. Apart from occasional delays on pre-orders, which isn't surprising in itself given that importing figurines from Japan can take a long time, and the prices of the figurines are higher than those in Japan, which is also normal - importing has a price... and I personally prefer to go through their service than take the risk of importing myself from Japan and having to pay customs at a higher cost than that of my order.

I pre-ordered 2 figurines 1 year ago, they were supposed to arrive in July and I received them at the end of October. I had totally forgotten that I had made this purchase?
