The parcel was dispatched with the utmost care and speed.I have to admit that I felt like taking away a few stars because the delivery service provider (DPD Nîmes branch) was totally unprofessional, lacking in seriousness and honesty.Fortunately, the delivery ended well, with several calls on my part and the intervention of your customer service department to follow up on the delivery. That's why I'm leaving 5* and you have to be honest, you're not responsible for the delivery agency.I strongly advise people not to have their orders delivered by DPD in the south-east of France. Look at their customer reviews and you'll understand.... The next time I order an item from you, if the delivery is made by DPD, I'll pass.I thank you for the service and the quality of the products you offer.

I just can't understand what went wrong. I specifically asked for a refund after I paid the wire transfer. But they wouldn't give it to me. When I was able to send the proof of payment that they wanted. They updated my order and send it out even though I specifically said I wanted a refund for my cancellation. I do have to say their customer service may be slow but they ship out products very fast.
